Last meal of 2023! Came in for a late lunch. The service was good & the food excellent. Great menu with a lot of choices. Language barrier at times w/ the server but he was very nice. Overall satisfaction w/ this restaurant. Would definitely come back.

We come to IOP all the time, but have never been here & I regret that. We had wonderful service from JC and really enjoyed all the food. I got the sampler and my husband got the combo platter. The atmosphere is great & we will for sure be returning!

The six of went to the Guadalajara Bar & Grill on a Friday evening. It was not busy at all, but anyway, the waiter took our order for drinks. He took my son and his wife's order...they ordered Pina Colada. He came back with 2 Michelob Ultras which was not what they ordered. So he took them back and finally came back with the Pina Coladas. Then my wife mentioned that the Margaritas that she ordered was not quite the Magarita taste as expected. She then asked if he could stiffen the drink up. "Sure, no problem." He brought back a shot glass of Tequila for her. We ate dinner. He went to check out the dinner and drinks menu, gave us a total, and then tried to total the bill on his handy little card display. It didn't work, so he asked me to bring it to the front cashier when I was ready to leave. The cashier woman was telling me the individual items... the House Tequila shot, 2 Michelob Ultras. I said "Wow, wait a minute...We didn't order the House Tequila and 2 Michelob Ultras". She then brought the bartender to deal with us. The bartender then said well thats the things that was ordered though the bar. I then argued with the man, but to no success. I paid the bill, but then stiffed the waiter for the tip. My recomendation - go to the cashier, and find out each item what you are being charged for. Anyway, this made for an absolute frustrating night. Turns out that Guadalajara B & G is owned by a different management than 6 mos. ago. There are many Mexican restaurants nearby that cater to clients much better than this.

Just tried for the first time. The food was very flavorful and delish! Salsa was great!I’ve tried the other Mexican restaurants in Mt Pleasant and this is by far my favorite! Def worth a try!
Was eating appetizer nachos and inside we found pieces of steel sponges. The chips also tasted very old and stale. I ordered a beef enchilada and the food wasn't even warmed; cold and the sauce on it was like glue.Parking: Parking is connected to other shops.

This is an out of the way place in the back of a shopping center. I’ve passed it many times but finally tried it; I was shocked, it was terrific. The guacamole was super fresh and not expensive. The menu had some very interesting options; what we tried was excellent. Service was great and the decor upscale.

We were a party of 16 server took forever to take order. Never got refill on our drink after we asked. Server was talking and hugging other table while we were still waiting for the rest of our food. I had to eat my food cold because I had to wait for the rest of my food. Some of our food was under cooked. Server tooshowed preferences on other table (white people) over us. My niece order a pizza, first they burnt it and they redid it and it was under cook. She ended up not eating and she cried because she didn’t get her food . Over all worst service and experience I ever had !!!

They don’t show customer appreciation. Waited about 25 minutes for our order to be taken(server began cleaning up for closing while we were waiting). Our order wasn’t even correct when the food arrived. ( my niece order the pizza, the first time they brought it was burnt then re made it and the second time it was undercooked). The entire table ate the food without ever getting a re fill. Don’t recommend eating here honestly because if I’m Mexican and they didn’t appreciate me they won’t appreciate you either.
