We are traveling for work and do not know the area. We saw IHOP as we drove down the street. We were seated and waited over 15min at our table and no one showed up to even ask us if we wanted water, by the looks of it, others had been waiting longer for a server so we left. In the same shopping center, we saw First Watch and ended up going there even if never been here. Loved it so much more than IHOP. Food and service were top notch. Food was seasoned great. Recommend going here vs IHOP. Sorry for the bad review IHOP but you guys really failed this time.

I've waited 15 mins for some hash browns and now standing at the counter for condiments no one has knowledge I'm still hère one server is standing rite in the front of me holding a conversation with friends don't even think to ask if I needed something else service is horrible so now the friends have left and he still didn't ask me if I was waiting for something

Pleasantly surprised. We were chiming back from the beach and needed hardy food. Our goal was met! I ordered their strawberry French toast - thick but fluffy. My little one ordered the kids French toast which was quite large, eggs, sausage.
If you are the general manager then you should know how to run your business under stress. Telling a customer to come in or order online just you are busy is not very good customer service when I’ve called in an order numerous times on a Sunday. I will never order from this location again. I’ll drive 40 minutes to the North Charleston location.

I love this IHop! Sarah was amazing, friendly and efficient . The restaurant is clean and inviting. The food is hot and tasty! I highly recommend this IHop! All the staff are attentive and friendly and the manager is great! I eat here a lot so I have gotten to know this place.
