We recently visited IHOP and had a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean, although the decor seemed a bit dated. The friendly staff greeted us warmly and ensured we were seated promptly with no wait time.

We Love it here usually. Have not been in a while due to sickness. Got grilled chicken and there was 80 % bread and stuff. Extremely small pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. The waitress was rude about it. I have never been treated so unfairly. Will rethink coming back and will make sure my friends know.
It was refreshing to see an IHOP that hasn't fallen off a cliff. I'm visiting the area, and the ihops up north just don't cut it any more. That being said, this one was good. The staff was friendly. The food was good. What more can you say. I do wish he filled the little coffee pot. It's ok that he kept going to get me coffee but I expect 2 things at a good IHOP. One the little coffee pot at the table and the multiple flavors of syrup... I got neither. But over all it was a good experience.

Ordered food online. Arrived to find my food sitting at the front cash register, unattended, and cold. Was lied to by staff and told it came out moments before I arrived, but temperature of food was barely room temperature. Not happy about it sitting cold for however long, not even in a warming window. Only thing stopping me from just walking in and back out with the food, because I could see all my information on the receipt, was that I wanted some salsa that couldn't be added online. Steak tasted a bit off on big steak omelet. No utensils or napkins.
