We usually go for breakfast. The breakfast is usually very good and your staff is excellent. However, the bathroom needs a good cleaning. My mother saw a roach in the bathroom and the bathroom smelled really bad

Oh my. My French toast was huge with a heaping of strawberries and bananas. The girls got Tres leches pancakes and regular pancakes. Our waitress was a hoot, so friendly. My coffee was so good I bought an IHOP mug lol. Sorry no pictures, too busy talking and eating.

Food was good once we got it. It did take over an hour altogether receive the food but we were seated right away. The waitress wasn't really attentive and I'm not sure if the policy has changed but she would take our drinks to the back instead to refill of bringing a new cup and when she did refill it wasn't the same drink. If you are using Doordash, Do not recommend ordering their sausage gravy biscuits. Biscuits came in one container and gravy came in another small container, similar to a ketchup cup. There was not enough gravy to cover 'half' of the biscuit, let alone all. Biscuit remained dry with no moisture. Worse, gravy contained absolutely NO SAUSAGE. 'None!' Did it get worse? Yes! The gravy had a tangy taste that simply does not 'belong' in sausage & gravy. The picture on website did not match what was received and the taste was mysteriously deceiving & disappointing. 3 star bc ordered side of smoke sausages. The smoked sausage was okay yet how can you mess up a smoked sausage anyway? If you do order, hope yours taste better than mine.

On vacation this past weekend and stopped in Friday morning ate breakfast, lovely meal! Asked our waitress, Sarah (we bonded over our name lol) for some recommendations on things to do while in town, and boy did she deliver!! As per her recommendation we went to the market, as well as the farmers market on Saturday in Marion square!! And found so many cute things, also went to a dueling piano show, a karaoke club and found a comedy club!! My husband and I were so impressed with not only her great customer service but her awesome recommendations!! So glad we had a chance to have a yummy bite with such a sweet person! She had good energy and a big smile!! Definitely will be back for more French toast and to sit with Sarah the next time we are in Charleston!!

Went here on Easter Sunday, saw three German roaches during our meal. One on our chair. One on the floor. On the wall. Made employees aware of it and they saw them themselves. We obviously stopped eating and requested a manager and they made us pay for our entire food. Which is crazy. Very nasty nasty place. And terrible customer service.
