Excellent New Zealand style real fruit ice cream. They have chocolate as an option for the base - which I've not seen in NZ! - but tried with raspberry and it was delightful! Creamy and delicious. Well done team!

A new fan of this place! From its name I wasnt interested. Normally I want chocolate ice-cream, not fruit flavor. But I am so glad I stopped by on a whim to get ice-cream for my son. Finding out they do offer non-fruit flavors. What blew my mind, tho, was the New Zealand soft serve. Wow!! I wish I had looked at there menu long ago! The Broad Street Berry was delectable!!

If you want yummy ice cream, Phil's more than fits the bill! Shout out to Faith and Maya for the wonderful customer service! They were engaging, polite, and helpful picking out a delicious combination for the mixer. The ice cream was delicious. Phil's is a must try and keep coming back place!

Phil’s is such a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! Their blended options are uniquely delicious, unlike any frozen treat I’ve had before (and let’s just say I’m a connoisseur). I went in with a group of friends and some got traditional scooped ice cream and a few of us got the mixed New Zealand style (first I’d heard of this variation but YUM like the best soft serve with nuanced flavors). I picked one off their “favs” menu but already am planning to go back with my family bc I know they’ll love it. I also really appreciate that all the ingredients are natural, nothing artificial.

This place has the best ice cream in Mount Pleasant. The real fruit blended in front of you it’s amazing! Highly recommend.

This shop has lots of good flavors to choose from and the gentlemen working here were knowledgeable and friendly. My husband got a cheesecake flavor and I got a cappuccino flavor, both with waffle cones, and both were great!

A bit pricey. Staff was a bit distracted but adequate. Not very much seating. Ice cream was good but not fabulous. A piece of cake and a cone was $20!
