Very mid service

I went here with friends and had the best experience of my life. Dee and Breona were tje most friendliest, kind, wonderful, beautiful people ever. They put up with out various questions and helped my friend with allergies find a nut free option. Not only were they amazing, but they balanced out needs and other customers all while keeping a genuine smile on our face. The prices were reasonable for the splendid ice cream. Dee remembered us from the last time we were here and even made conversation with our interests they remembered. Breona encouraged my harmonica dreams and let me play for her. Dee tried to refuse my tip even though he deserved much more. 10 out of 10 recommend the place, the people, the experience. Dee and Breona are 100 percent being invited to my wedding.

There were these two workers, Dee and Breona. They were amazing, smiling, and welcomed us with open arms. They got me icecream from the back because of my severe peanut allergy. They were joyous and talkative and I felt welcome. I will definitely come back just for these wonderful people, the experience made my day. They were so good at their job that I believe they DESERVE a raise.

We were disappointed. We have great ice cream places in Charleston / Mt. Pleasant like ye old fashioned and marble slab. This place has good ice cream but the scoops are tiny and so expensive.

We got 2 samples but couldn’t barely taste them cause they give you the tiniest spoons with pea sized samples on them.

Again, it tastes good but the whole experience is just not worth going again.

As a Mt Pleasant resident, I was so excited to have Jenis location here. However, since opening two years ago, the issues never seem to end. Employee issues, broken coolers for weeks on end, out of product and rude employees. Not to mention the scoops are tiny. Horrible, absolutely horrible. I will be driving to the downtown location rather than supporting this one.

This was my first time coming to a Jeni’s. The standard sizing allows you to pick out two flavors where you get a scoop of both. You can get a cone or bowl that comes with a cone piece on top. Great ice cream, too!

Awesome ice cream and the employees are great. We've visited three times in the last four days. Going back tomorrow on the way back to Columbia.

Excellent flavor, different flavors, freshly made cones, but small, and I found the service a bit impatient and unwelcoming. Maybe the attendant was just having a bad day. Anyway.

The scoops were very small and the workers were unpleasant! Much better experience at the downtown location.

Magnificent flavors all . Had the Bramberry. So unique . Amazing im Mt. PLEASANT. Go to.after a nice dinner someplace. Prices little high but reasonable .

Tried Jeni's Ice Cream on our vacation to SC from IL. Great customer service and a wide variety of flavors to choose from! I had the goat cheese and double dough. Highly recommend! It was absolutely delicious.
