A dark haired kid letting his dreads or corn rolls dangle down over the food while he's preparing it.Many deli's require a hair-net. Why isn't this kid wearing one?Very unsanitary and grossed out enough to throw my sandwich away.Won't be back...

My husband and I love their subs. They slice the meats separately for each sub instead of pre-sliced on paper and slapped on. My only complaint is that they don't slice them evenly in half or in quarters. I guess they don't realize that people normally share a large sub. Makes it difficult if it's not even cut in half
Chipotle steak and cheese was great! Way better than most of the other sandwich chains and much better than I was expecting. 5 stars all day for the staff, service, and subs!

Just ordered on the app. Got home to find philly was made without peppers and my potato chips were stale and out of date. At least they got my Mountain Dew right. Strong work Jersey Mikes.

Ordered a giant club sub as usual to take to the beach. If I'm paying $16 for a sub I would like to at least get my money's worth. The last two times the ingredients were about 1/2 as usual. One more try and that's it.

My sub was great, I got the giant. But on the last part of my sub I found a black hair. I feel like I should make it absolutely clear that my hair is pink, so it definitely wasn’t mine. After I saw that, was kinda grossed out, and threw the rest away. Wouldn’t have eaten it all if I knew that was there.
