Food was fine but they got way carried away with the oil. The bag was saturated and the bread was soggy. Staff could have been friendlier as well especially the cashier.

As I’m biting into my sandwich I feel something hard to chew. I spit it out, and I can’t think of what it could be other than finger nails…I’m absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I just threw away my lunch. They’re kind of sharp too, very dangerous! I ordered through DoorDash but the bag was completely sealed.

My children have been getting sandwiches for a year here. There was a very sweet lady, that used to work late afternoons/nights, that would call my kids by name when she filled out their orders (she told them she was switching to mornings and unfortunately, they haven’t seen her since). However, there has been a nice young man, who has taken her spot, being so very sweet to my kids and me. He’s very attentive, accommodating, thoughtful in his customer service and a great asset to this company. My children have never complained about their sandwiches so employees here must be doing something right to them. It’s been a pleasant experience each time we have come here.
