A bit upset on the fact I got a sandwich with such little amount of turkey and one thin small slice of bacon. One slice of turkey. I Had to add more mayo. There was an extremely thin amount of mayo.
The tomatoes were fresh though, so I guess that’s a good thing.
The staff upfront was friendly as well!

Banfield Pet Hospital had an event for all employees. Jimmy Johns went above and beyond they were efficient, organized and best part they added a buffet of pickles to our order hence the 5 star review. Thank you so much from Banfield to yours, for making our experience a great one.

First time at this store. My wife and I ordered our sandwiches and drinks. When we went to get our beverages, we found out that (a) the coke was out and (b) there was no unsweetened ice tea. This would have been good to know while we are ordering. I ordered a #1, and the ham was barely there- like one slice, folded over. The service was good, but I am not sure why I am being requested for a tip. I understand this is a post covid world, but I think the tipping thing is getting out of hand. The employees did nothing over the top besides take our order and make our sandwiches. Not impressed.

Been a very loyal customer of this location, but since JJ raised their prices it appears they have also cut back on meat portions. MAYBE 3 slices of ham on my sub for $14.58. Last sub was exactly the same way and I was giving them one more shot. Just not worth it. Moving on.

Sat at the drive thru and no one answered. Two other people did the same. The girl waiting on me was nice but not real attentive. Alot of people working yet no one seemed to be doing much.

Absolutely embarrassed for the owner of this establishment. We sat at the drive through window for 11 minutes, no one would acknowledge us, despite asking if anyone was there. Our time is valuable so we left and as we pulled past the drive through window you can see employees in the store, doing what who knows, but certainly not caring about providing a quality service to its customers. Will drive right on by the store in the future.

The food looked phenomenal and was the best sandwich I’ve ever gotten from a jimmy johns, and the workers were really patient and friendly with me while I tried to understand what my fiancé wanted to eat

Your drive thru employee today was incredibly rude. If she’s having a bad day, try not to take it out on actual customers. I left without getting anything bc she made me so angry. I went elsewhere.

Too many times have I been stuck in the drive through line here for half an hour with almost nobody dinin in…not sure if they have too many door dash orders or what but definitely too many could care less types working here for sure and sometimes depending on where their delivery car is parked ya can’t get out of the line with nobody caring the slightest…watching them through the drive though window and it almost looks like trying is painful for them

Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. I’d attempted an online order and when we pulled through the drive thru, the employee (Mickey) literally opened the window with a rude look and said Nothing. While I tried to sort out the confusion, I received nothing but a sassy attitude. Still really wanting the sandwiches, we decided to go inside and order. The whole staff seemed disgruntled and frankly, depressed to be there. The atmosphere was just uncomfortable. Thought it would all be worth it to enjoy the delicious JJ Sandwich I’ve had so many times before, but I was wrong. The sandwich was dry, missing ingredients and just not good. Mickey and the rest of the staff will be in my prayers… they’re clearly having a rough day!

Waited at the drive through since 1020. I know they open at 1030 and somebody came out to remind me that and I said that was fine well it’s now 1035 and they just now took my order. They knew I was waiting. I think they were mad I was early. I was the only one here and as of 1040 they still haven’t taken my card. I know they have online orders but not one person has come to the window to greet me or tell me I was gonna be it is going to be a min.

I am a pickle addict.. so I ordered the picklewich, let me tell you it definitely ISNT worth the hype. Not from this jimmy johns anyway. I paid $8, for their $1.50 pickle. It had 1 piece of turkey, a tomato cut in half, and a few pieces of lettuce. Y’all my pen was bigger than this thing ?.

Freakishly fast is not a thing here. It was close to 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. When you walk in the atmosphere felt sleepy and unhappy. The people working there are in slow motion and not a lot of personality. Behind the counter was disorganized and the floors were filthy. I will likely not go back to this location.
