Worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. I’d attempted an online order and when we pulled through the drive thru, the employee (Mickey) literally opened the window with a rude look and said Nothing. While I tried to sort out the confusion, I received nothing but a sassy attitude. Still really wanting the sandwiches, we decided to go inside and order. The whole staff seemed disgruntled and frankly, depressed to be there. The atmosphere was just uncomfortable. Thought it would all be worth it to enjoy the delicious JJ Sandwich I’ve had so many times before, but I was wrong. The sandwich was dry, missing ingredients and just not good. Mickey and the rest of the staff will be in my prayers… they’re clearly having a rough day!

Waited at the drive through since 1020. I know they open at 1030 and somebody came out to remind me that and I said that was fine well it’s now 1035 and they just now took my order. They knew I was waiting. I think they were mad I was early. I was the only one here and as of 1040 they still haven’t taken my card. I know they have online orders but not one person has come to the window to greet me or tell me I was gonna be it is going to be a min.

I am a pickle addict.. so I ordered the picklewich, let me tell you it definitely ISNT worth the hype. Not from this jimmy johns anyway. I paid $8, for their $1.50 pickle. It had 1 piece of turkey, a tomato cut in half, and a few pieces of lettuce. Y’all my pen was bigger than this thing ?.

Slow as hell

Freakishly fast is not a thing here. It was close to 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. When you walk in the atmosphere felt sleepy and unhappy. The people working there are in slow motion and not a lot of personality. Behind the counter was disorganized and the floors were filthy. I will likely not go back to this location.

This place dropped all the way off. Ordered a #2. No tom. Add cheese. Leave bread in. I received a beef and lettuce sandwich, JUST beef and lettuce

Unfortunately this keeps happening Anytime i order from here, i get bad food or horrible service. Its been almost an hr since the store recived my order, i call and nobody answers. On the app it still says that its only been received by the store.how is over an hr freaky fast?

I finally got a hold of someone says food was out at 712. Its 740. Still nothing. Im sure it will be disgusting after being in the hot car and never temp controlled.

Went through the drive through. Love the convenience of a drive through, but they can be challenging for everyone involved.
The attendant was very rushed and didn’t seem to understand I wanted to add a few of the freebie items to the 1 sub I was ordering.
Finally thought we had it all sorted out.
Got home & half of what I asked for wasn’t on the sub. And the ingredients that were on the sub were very sparse. Totally unlike my previous JJ experiences at this same store.
Next time I’ll skip the drive through and go inside. The quality of JJs is still way better than the other place. Believing this was just an off-day & next time will be back up to normal JJ standards.

Not really good! I like the North Charleston location better! The people there are nice and the subs taste better. My mom, niece, and I came here for lunch. They made me the wrong sub and completely messed up my mom’s food. She got so flustered until the point I just took off what was not supposed to be on the sub cause the people working there was giving her a hard time. Then when we left one of the employees with the braids (the braids had a copious amount of new growth, which she should wear a hairnet) gave my mom a nasty look and rolled her eyes.

Honestly if I didnt have to give one star, I wouldn't have. This place is absolutely horrible. I waited an hour for an incorrect sandwich. Waited for them to send the correct sandwich or a refund. Found out after waiting for another hour that neither was being done. The manager that was now on shift was rude and could not understand that the order was paid for already and was not a cancelled order at all. Never again. And on top of that, there was a hair in the first sandwich. I held the sandwich for someone to take it back to management. At this point, that wasn't going to help the situation. WARNING......eat here only if you would like poor service and hair in your food without any resolution.

JJ has fallen off a bit for me. It's still a decent sub and is above Subway in all aspects. But eating here reminded me why I like Jersey Mike's SO MUCH BETTER. But for a quick bite for two people under $20...not bad.

Jimmy John's is my go-to for a fast, easy lunch. I always get the veggie sub. Very tasty. I've had the Italian sub and it was ok. I like the rewards program since I go a lot I get a free sub every so often or bag of chips. Love the drive thru option and they do get you thru freaky fast.
