Jimmy John's is my go-to for a fast, easy lunch. I always get the veggie sub. Very tasty. I've had the Italian sub and it was ok. I like the rewards program since I go a lot I get a free sub every so often or bag of chips. Love the drive thru option and they do get you thru freaky fast.

2:00 on a Tuesday and was told the drive thru was closed because they were “short staffed”. Walked inside to find at least 6 people working. I saw at least because I don’t know if any others were out of view but I saw 6 working up front. How many do you need to operate the drive thru??

We were coming back from the beach and couldn’t decide what to eat we decided to give Jimmy John’s a try. The staff are very helpful and patient they even walked back through the ingredients to make sure I got all the toppings I wanted. After I joined the rewards program, I even got a free sandwich. Very happy I gave Jimmy John’s a try. I couldn’t believe it was ready before I even finished paying for it!! It was the most perfect sandwich and end to the day :)

That was the worst JJ I’ve ever been to. The person at the register was rude and too busy looking at her phone to get my order right. She even had headphones on. The staff seemed miserable.

The guy at register seemed like he hated being there and just staring blank at you. I ordered two ultimate porkers. Three people that ordered after me got their orders before me. They didn't call out my order and i had to ask for it. Then I got a condescending answers. I get it, this isnt a job that makes you want to jump for joy everyday, but the least that could be done is having employees that provide a good atmosphere instead of a uncomfortable one.

Food was good, but the 1 staff member that took my order and money was the rudest individual that I have dealt with in aling time. Ordered thru the drive through, first thing she says was you need to wait a minute. Ok, no problem , simple order 3 cookies, 2 vinegar chips a #4 no tomatoes and a number 9. Repeated order 3 times. Got to the window, she slams the window open and just stairs at me. Doesn't give me the total, but I'm trying just to get dinner and get home, so I hand her my card, she snatches it from me, shuts the window not saying 1 word. 5 minutes later she shoves a bag at me , I had to ask for my card, and she never says 1 word. IF SHE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK , THEN SHE SHOULDN'T BE THERE. Won't go back here again.

This always tastes so good to me after I go to the beach. It's not heavy food. Just refreshing. I had the beach sandwich with cucumbers. My husband had the chicken Caesar wrap. Delicious. They make the sandwiches really fast!

This is the second time I ordered delivery at this location and it was over an hour and a half before I received it. I understand no one wants to work but at least call the customer and let them know it will be late.
