We wanted to like this place based on how close they are to us, but three strikes and one hair found in the soba means that we will not be back.

I love eel and avocado so that’s what I get mostly but I’ve visited many times with other people. I tend to do takeout, but you will not be able to get this amount of food for their prices of sushi anywhere else!

Incredible value, tons of fish on and in every roll. The shrimp tempura is also a highlight with two (!!) crispy and fresh shrimps.

First time eating at Kanji and we absolutely loved it the preparation was very clean. Ms.Cindy helped me pick a good sushi role and it was good. Will definitely be back, 10/10 recommendation food and price.
Amazing coconut shrimp!
Very bad. I definitely do NOT recommend. Especially bad customer service. I won't be going back. There are so many other great sushi places in Mt Pleasant, like Fuji. Go to one of them.
The food was amazingly good and it tasted the most authentic I’ve eaten in the South.
Ordered my food at 7pm to be ready by 8:15 and at 845 they said it still wasnt ready
