A great mom and pop Italian place with legit Italian owners and staff. They have great food and even wonderful service. It's a family staple for us. It's small so be prepared.

I met a couple in the Dallas airport on my way to Isle of Palm. The couple lives in Charleston. I told them where I was heading, and they suggested La Pizzeria. They said it was.on the way and that I would enjoy the food. So... we did stop there for dinner. Thank you, Alex and Terri... we definitely enjoyed the food. We would not have known about this restaurant, and I had not started talking to complete strangers.
We had a salad, veggie pizza, bottle of wine, and cheesecake!!!
Restaurant was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Kind of hidden in the corner of the shopping center, which has recently been redone pretty dang good pizza and you can get smoothie right after at smoothie King next-door

We loved it! Delicious and authentic Italian food, Everything we tried was absolutely amazing, from appetizers to desserts. Lovely and nice atmosphere and people. Salmon was amazing, and gnocchi... One of the best ones!

Had a take out pizza. It was the best pizza (Brooklyn bridge) I have had since moving to SC from the northeast. Excellent! Will have to come back for a dine in occasion
