Longhorn is really good. I am impressed with their consistent good food coming out of the kitchen. When I go there I don’t worry that my steak or burger is going to be cooked wrong it’s on point every time. I don’t write a lot of reviews the steak I had yesterday compelled me to do it. Really good stuff.

This location is one of the most incompetent and rude locations i have ever visited I have had multiple instances where i’ve placed a to go order and it’s been either incomplete or incorrect and today i placed 2 to go orders and only got one. i sat on hold for over 20 minutes between 3 phone calls and all the manager was willing to do was remake the food and coach his employee for cutting me off mid sentence putting me on hold and said it was my fault for not checking the order. while i understand checking your bag, it’s mainly the restaurant’s responsibility to ensure they are providing the service you are paying for as a customer.

Worst Longhorn I have ever visited. Steak unseasoned and not cooked to temp. Coffee burnt and old. To top it off service was close to none. Food was sent back and we ate bread.
