I wasn’t sure if I was going to post this because I forgot to take a picture simply because my mother and I were in total shock— I kid you not, my mother and I both ordered the salad with the sirloin meat in it, forgot what it was called— but as we start eating and about 10 minutes in my mother starts freaking out naturally from her finding a entire COOKED insect in her food. She was eating her meat and felt something incredibly odd in her mouth and as she spit it out, it was legit a cooked insect… I 10000% wish I was lying about this. Thankfully she didn’t bite or even swallow. Obviously the manager took care of the bill and we left almost immediately after calming down. Something like this has never EVER happened to us. I was iffy about posting simply bc I don’t have the proof on me, but people need to know and this is absolutely NOT okay. So neglectful and lack of sanitation, I will never ever eat here in the location at least again. AGAIN staff was very understanding and apologetic, but still.

Dirty bathroom no paper towels. Extended wait times. And order incorrect.

This was supposed to be our Wedding Anniversary dinner as we were in Charleston for a medical appointment. Longhorn is always our go to for steak. I ordered the regular Ribeye, medium rare. The lettuce in both salads were either black or brown and the cucumbers mushy. When the entrees were brought out, my husband’s sirloin (sirloin and shrimp) was 10x thicker than my ribeye - you could almost see through it. Needless to say, it was very well done and was like trying to eat shoe leather. Our server never came back to check on us and drinks were never refilled - at $3+ for tea, no one should have to “be thirsty” halfway through the meal. The manager “comped” us $2.70 for my steak - that was almost an insult. The restuarant was nearly empty (5pm) so being too busy to check on your customers could not have been an excuse - and there isn’t an excuse at all for a ribeye to be thinner than flank steak. Extremely disappointed.

We don't like the barcode payment when you want a to go box.
The food was delicious and hot..the bread was especially good. My favorite was the pecan strawberry salad with the raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Our waitress was especially good.

We were on hold for 40 minutes to place a to go order. When the lady finally answered the phone she was snobby and rude. We get to the restaurant they try to give me a ten dollar comp card when I spend at least 75 a visit. This is the worst longhorn experience I've ever had. If i could give zero stars I would.

Our server was awesome. My house salad had 1 tiny piece of diced tomato and 42 croutons. The asparagus tasted like a salt lick. The steak was good.

Food was great but the server was not being fair and only focused on two people of the three at the table. Was completely ignored by her. Never refilled my glass but refilled everyone else’s. Felt like a third glass customer. When I was given my ticket I placed cash in the folder expecting change back. I asked for a to go cup and she never brought it to me but gave the other people their to go box. She kept the change and never brought me my to go cup. So yes I am pissed that she was being presumptuous to assume that the change was hers. I won’t be going there.

Had Ribeye, was large but not exactly tender & little too done. I've had sirloin better.

The call ahead seating did not work for us. It said we were next in line and then they sat two others until we complained then about 5 mins later they sat us. The food was good and the waiter was attentive.

I just wanted to say we were in there last night 10/16 and we had Scott as our waiter and he was fabulous and also bartender Hollie came over to us to bring over our drinks, we were in the bar area to help Scott out and she was adorable as well. You guys had ran out of Tito‘s and she came over to find out if you would care for another choice of vodka, I had to get her name. Great crew was a great night!!! Thank you!!!

Went to lunch after working out at Mount Pleasant Senior center and even though they were out of Cowboy pork chops I had to change my selection to steak which did not disappoint for couple reasons. One was seasoning & second was temperature bc our server was best at making sure the meat was just right, she was undoubtedly an awesome server, believe her name was Latosha but not positive but my better half did tell the manager about our experience & her efforts which might be best service ever.

Never disappoints. I had the 6 oz sirloin along with the grilled shrimp and everything was fabulous. Steak cooked to a perfect medium rare. My spouse had the grilled chicken strawberry salad and it looked fantastic and she loved it. It was busy when we went but our server LEE was exceptional even though he had to pick up some extra tables across the restaurant. Can't beat Longhorns
