Great location and friendly staff. The birthday cake ice cream is always my go to with a chocolate sprinkles cone [they were out though] and my daughter loved the blue cotton candy and strawberry. We enjoyed the experience and will be back!!

Amazing ice cream and even better service. The flavors were delicious and the place was spotless and welcoming. One of the staff members truly went the extra mile by preparing my son’s ice cream in the back, in a clean area, because he has a peanut allergy. That level of care and kindness means everything to our family—we’ll definitely be back.

The ice cream and waffle cup were both fresh and very good. I got the bubblegum favor. Service was fantastic.

Great ice cream and milkshakes! This was our first visit, and while the menu was a little tricky to navigate at first, the staff helped us out. I loved being able to mix ice cream flavors and add our own toppings. it made the experience even more fun. We’ll definitely be back to try more combinations!

The ice cream is good, and their cheesecake ice cream is one of my personal favorites, but I won’t be returning after this evening. The older female employee was completely unprofessional and blatantly rude to my guests and other customers. She was combative when ordering and not helpful at all. Also, are gloves for employees not required? I would recommend checking out a few spots downtown for ice cream instead.

We stopped by Marble Slab Creamery in Mount Pleasant for a sweet treat, and it turned out to be more than just great ice cream. The highlight of our visit was the staff, who went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome and happy. Especially Ilona was warm, engaging, and incredibly kid-friendly—our children are still talking about her! She is a true asset to this place, and her kindness made our visit unforgettable. We visited Marble Slab Creamery in Mount Pleasant and had such a wonderful experience! The ice cream was delicious, and our kids absolutely loved it—but what truly made our visit special was the service. Ilona, the staff member who helped us, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely kind to our kids. They said she was the best service person they've ever met! It's rare to find someone who is so naturally great with children. Thank you, Ilona, for making our visit so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

Ice cream good. The staff need to ask customer how they like their Ice cream. Some people are not aware of how Marble Slab works.

My grandson and I (visiting from CA & HI) stopped in on a whim to get out of the June heat and humidity for ice cream, and we were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied. This shop was small, we had to stand our time in there, but it was
worth it! Now my granddaughter wants to go, we're there!👍🏽😊🤙🏽

Good ice cream

The old man with the beard working here discriminated against my service dog and me and would not serve me. I showed him my identification which by law did not have to do. He said my identification was also fake. He asked me multiple questions which by law he isn’t allowed under ADA. To further calm down the situation I left and will not be coming back here. He caused a scene and was against ADA law by doing so. My dog caused no issues and is trained under service animal law.

Wow, that place was packed on a Saturday evening. Good but expensive for a party of 6.

They mix ice-cream flavors and toppings together and then put it in a cup or cone. Excellent!

Nice staff, good ice cream. I got the new guy, ordered large, my friend got the other and ordered small.. mine was smaller than his therefore minus a star
