McDonald's

I usually go through the drive-thru which is fast and always correct with my order. Food is delicious. Ambiance is McDonald’s! Their fries could be bigger. They are skinny and crunchy.

This particular McDonald's is always very neat and clean. Floors are always being swept and mopped and there is no trash to be found. Always a good experience

The fries were soggy and the chicken was rubbery. No lettuce on the snack wrap either. Had to toss everything.

I mean it’s McDonald’s. Who doesn’t like Mickey Dee’s? Fast service and good food.

Waited in line 18 minutes for mobile order. Then they had me pull over to wait in a parking space. I had to leave, without my food after 8 more minutes or would have missed my dentist appointment. I would not return or recommend

Went through tonight at 9:16pm and was very disappointed! When we asked for a drink carrier for our 5 drinks, the lady at the window gave us a huge attitude and slammed the window shut, then shoved the bag of food at my husband and slammed it again. We returned to our hotel to find our youngest sons food was not even given to us! I had to take him to Wendy's just to get him food because I refused to go back there. Then the rest of our fries were soggy and gross and the burgers weren't any better! Absolutely worst mcdonalds I've ever been to!!

Came through drive thru to just get drinks, the black lady with 2 tone braids meet us at window handed us drinks than hands us a bag with napkins and straws and some food which we didn't order we go to hand back and I was motioning for my husband to get straws and the attendant started going off swearing at me telling me to wait a damn minute and turned around and the closed window. That was her mistake and we were just handing back the bag. She is rude, unpleasant and should not be working with customers. Will never come there again nor have anyone I know go there. She would not have a job after how she acted today. I understand the low rating from others.

I got the crispy chicken strips, but they were horrible, they were soggy and greesy, And they were half cooked. Certainly don't want the strips anymore and I don't know if I'll be visiting this location again.

service was absolutely horrible. added something at the window and the dude with acrylic nails just stood there, didn’t say a word and looked visibly upset. extremely poor communication / basic human skills. it’s a wonder how businesses like these stay afloat.

Showed up after working a late 6pm-4am shift. Was really hungry and decided to get a bite to eat so i did a mobile order nc they are open 24/7 thurs fri and sat. However i was met with the most rude staff either management needs to be fired or many employees need to be fired. I have never been treated with such disrespect. I cant believe these people have jobs no wonder they were put on the early shift because they were incapof putting a headset on and speaking in the drive thru mic, they couldve even politely told me something but they said nothing at all. I genuinely have never experienced such a horrific customer experience I will never go back here until something changes.i only mobile ordered three items and a drink and they couldn’t even speak to me
