Slow drive through, half the time they mess up my order. I try to just do counter pick up through the app and even then it gets messed up or is slow. If there was an award for slowest drive thru this place would walk away with gold

At sat in the mobile pick up area for 20 minutes. I went inside and was ignored 2 times by the lady calling orders. When she finally looked at the 5 bags sitting on a shelf she grabbed mine and tossed it on the counter and mumbled something. No apologies or explanation and the food was very cold. Take out order number 1991 on 03/20/2025

What happened to my favorite McDonald's? The food the past few times I have gone is not eatable. This was the only good McDonald's around but sadly something happened.

I ordered from this McDonald’s on Christmas night using the mobile app because it was the only thing open on my drive back after visiting family. They confirmed my order and all the lights were on but they never came out to the car when I confirmed my mobile pickup spot. I tried the drive through as well but they wouldn’t answer the comm system. I think someone was in there and essentially hiding (I don’t know how else to explain the confirmed order / delivery but all the lights on). They ended up charging me and saying the meal was delivered to the car! I’m refuting the charge with my credit card company and will never be stopping by here again. I also triple checked that I did not order from the wrong McDonalds or something by mistake so again my only explanation is someone was in there confirming orders but not following up.

This probably goes for most McDonald’s but it was dirty and unfriendly. I understand that they can get busy, but if they should schedule someone for the dining room for when it gets busy. The tables weren’t wiped down and the floors were gross. The staff were also very grumpy. I can relate to the workers when you have unreasonable and rude customers. But that doesn’t mean you take it out on all the customers. I also ordered an ice cream and it was barely filled up. We only came here because we’re from out of town and we’re in search for a place that was kid friendly. I would stay with takeout and not dine in.

For McDonald's this one is very clean. It's not gourmet, it's McDonald's, but sometimes that's what you need.

The store itself is clean and the drink stand well stocked. Bathrooms were clean. The girl working the register(wearing a yellow construction vest over her uniform without a visible name tag) needs to be trained in customer service. When she approached us at the register, she never even spoke. She didn’t even ask us what we wanted. I gave her our order and paid. She placed our frappes on the counter and walked away. Not even a thank you. She either needs to be retrained or placed in a position that doesn’t have her dealing with customers

Delivery drivers are ignored and the order is always late with items missing. The black woman exchanging to go orders doesn’t know what she’s doing. Don’t bark at us and expect a pleasant interaction. The man before me was waiting 30 minutes for his order. Unbelievable.

The fries were saltless and the frozen fanta blue raspberry was nothing but syrup and burns my throat. The nuggets also came in a bag which I am not sure if they are trying to convert but it makes no sense. But the big Mac wasn't bad.
