I ordered 2 Mc Ribs didnt get but one. Went back the next day and talked qith the manager and he was very rude. But did give me my missing food so i ordered more food for family and another Mc Rib and i couldnt believe it but i didnt get that one either. I think Its a game to someone there. Very upseting to say the least

Ordered the new Grinch fries and was given only a bag and the seasoning so i of course said hey where are my fries? i was then told that I dont get fries with it by a man who barely spoke english and heard someone else right behind me being told the same thing

The people that work here after 9PM need to be replaced. They will get your order wrong and they are extremely rude. They have screwed my order up 3 times in the last 10 days. You all need to learn customer service because without customers you don't have a job.
Sandwich was made poorly. Missing lettuce, tomato and mayo. 0 value.

Recently visited this location for a quick lunch while visiting family for the holidays. Placed my order and unfortunately was missing some items during order taking. I should have made sure my order was complete. I should have asked for my receipt. I was informed at the next window that I had not ordered 2 happy meals for my 2 hungry kiddos. Thankfully the manager there was more than willing to help make the visit right. He gave us both requested happy meals and after asking about repayment for the missing meal, he promptly said it was on him. I will be visiting g this location anytime we sre in the area and need a quick bite to eat.

The parking lot is kinda small they do offer handicap parking and the ice coffee is fabulous I always go to McDonald's for my Ice coffee

I’m went in today for a refund after placing an order through the mobile app the day prior that was never fulfilled. I arrived to find they had closed early for some reason. No big deal.
The manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and denied me my refund. He falsely claimed that refunds were handled through the app even after I explained that’s not the case. I don’t know if he was lying or just unaware. I’d assume a manager would know these things but this man is clearly a horrible manager considering he has no issues robbing his customers.

We were in the drive through. It traps you in, which should be outlawed! for 32 minutes! Then they didn’t have ice cream at all!

UPDATE: @owner: that is completely false at least for this occurrence. I spent over 25 minutes in the phone with DoorDash ans even had their supervisor call me back and they couldn’t do anything. If I could somehow talk to a human being at your restaurant instead of the phone going directly to either a busy tone or hanging up on me maybe I could get resolution
Absolutely Awful! Ordered DoorDash and half my order was missing. Tried calling restaurant more than a dozen times and got hung up on every time. After speaking to DoorDash driver directly they stated they had the same problem earlier in the day with this restaurant not packaging all the food!

I like to get McDonald’s for breakfast pretty often, and let me just say, this McDonald’s isn’t one to visit at that time of day. Never had any issues with the afternoon or evening crew but forget about mornings. The person dressed as the manager was extremely rude to me this morning. I was standing there waiting for an extended amount of time for just a couple of breakfast burritos, When I asked how long and stated that I was in a bit of a hurry, he was like that’s not my problem and was very dismissive of me. He should’ve just told me how long and apologized for the wait instead of the rude remark. Then, when I asked him for some sauce, which I guess I didn’t state what sauce I wanted on the kiosk, so he snatched the bag pointed at the receipt that said “no sauce” and said “it says no sauce, you want sauce I’ll give you sauce” in a very rude, raised voice tone. Would’ve been so simple just to say “what sauce would you like?” So much for customer service.
