Worst meatball sub ever. I guess they ran out of sauce….and meatballs.
We had a wonderful server to start off with. Very personable and upbeat. Told us about all the local hangouts to visit that evening during our visit. He got really busy in a rapid succession but still managed to serve us. Our food was excellent. Will be going back if in the area again.

The pizza I got was the best pizza I've ever had and the crust isn't like your ordinary crust, it's better and softer while maintaining the perfect texture!

They have the worst customer service and delivery is horrible. Do not expect your pizza on time and they have no clue when you call. Never again.

The food is pretty good. But I'm super disappointed that they got rid of the cinnamon sugar and honey pretzels. They were my go-to dish, and I'm really not into Mellow Mushroom since they were removed. After they were discontinued, you used to be able to order them as a sort of 'secret' menu item, but you can't anymore.
Also, they do not accept NFC tap-to-pay payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay, etc.). They can type in the card, but this is the 21st century and I really don't know how a place known for appealing to college students is able to not offer that.

We ordered pizza tonight through Uber Eats and received a message that Mello Mushroom cancelled our order with no notice to us. I'm shocked that no one called us to explain. Worst customer service ever! Beware!

Shout out to these folks! We wanted some food after a concert. I ordered a pizza 30 mins before closing for pick up. I walked in 3 mins before closing to pick up, and everyone was super friendly. I generally hate ordering that close to closing time somewhere. So thank you guys for accommodating.
