Excellent food, service and atmosphere! Out server, Nickie, was kind, friendly and attentive. The food was so good! We went early and it was already crowded and stayed that way the entire time we were there. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for a number of years and I have always enjoyed the food, service and the atmosphere. The owners are wonderful and so friendly! You won’t be disappointed no matter what you get.

Took the fam here. Kinda full at 8 on a Saturday but they found a table. It's not a huge place, maybe plan ahead if you're coming when things tend to be busy.

Service was GREAT. Food was GREAT. Dessert was GREAT. Nikki made a fantastic decaf latte to go with our strudel. We didn't actually intend to order dessert but it sounded good and we are glad we went for it.

Dinner came at Nikki's recommendation, she did not steer us wrong. Paprika Chicken was super great. The boy got a schnitzel and liked it.

Pretty huge menu, we'll have to come back a few times to sample more stuff.

Charming, pretty little spot for great, authentic German food. Next German restaurant is a great addition to our Restaurant choices in Mount Pleasant. The Wine list is amazing with several very special reasons. The food is extraordinary and the staff is ever so pleasant and attentive. The owner is there and he is fastidious and lovely. One of Charleston’s best restaurants definitely at the top of Mount Pleasant’s restaurants, too you must eat here.

Absolutely amazing food and service! The currywurst app, Black Forest schnitzel, and spaghetti ice cream were all 10/10! Our waitress Michelle was soooooooo good and truly made our special occasion celebration even better! Will absolutely be back very soon!

Perfectly prepared authentic German cuisine! Without a reservation, we happened to stop in for supper. It was pleasant, and they had a table outside. In addition to the sausage loaf special, we also had the Black Forest Schnitzel and the Lumberjack Schnitzel. It was all quite tasty. The personnel was attentive and kind. Reservations are definitely advised.

The food is EXCELLENT! I had the pork schnitzel with mushroom , wine gravy. Then for desert we had the chocolate lava cake absolutely perfect. Reservation is a good idea. Had to wait on a Wednesday night without a reservation. 3 stars for atmosphere is because it was so loud in there.
