Lovely place to sit and relax. From the quesadilla I tried, I think the rest of the food is probably good too

So far everything we have had here has been very good.
Great tacos with nice choices of meats. Cheese and steak quesadillas are excellent.
Chicken burrito is great.
It’s a food truck with plenty of tables and chairs in a parking lot. But don’t let that fool you, this place is excellent!!

This is a food truck that serves in a parking lot, but does have a few tables where you can sit. Overall, the food is really tasty and seems pretty authentic. Standouts were the carnitas and pastor tacos (absolutely delicious) and the chicken tamales (well-seasoned, enough filling). Tostaditas are tasty.
The carne asada taco was a bit dry and could have been more flavorful, but was ok. The chicken taco was the only one we would not reorder - dry meat and little flavor. Presentation of the tacos was impressive for a food truck. Accompanying sauces were really good. Service is a bit slow, but mostly because they have a lot of customers.
A nice side note - at this food truck there was a cross-section of people we have rarely seen together in Mt. Pleasant - young, middle-aged, older - several different cultures. It was nice to see this food bringing different people together to enjoy some real deal Mexican.

The first time we came we ordered Tlayudas de asada and they were delicious! I have been looking for a place (North and South Carolina) that has Tlayudas with the flavor and crunchy that I remember when a classmate invited me to eat a homemade Tlayuda. We stopped again and ordered a Carnitas one and it did not disappoint us! my husband also wanted a torta which again was so delicious!! My brother and I can never agree on the flavor and quality food from many restaurants or food trucks. However, he said he really enjoys the food from Mi Lindo Oaxaca too.
Everything you could want in a taco truck and more. Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, plenty of extraordinary tacos. With sauces, garnishes, and appropriate music this place makes you feel like you are at a sit down restuarant while delivering your food with the efficiency of a drive-thru. 10/10 would recommend.

I tried Tlayuda for the first time about 11 years ago from a classmate at Tech. Since then I have eaten them in different places (Myrtle Beach, different places in NC, Columbia and lastly Mi Lindo Oaxaca). This has been by far the best Tlayuda and the most authentic I have eaten over the years. The tortillas is so crunchy and compared to every other place it is not fried. Will definitely do the 45 minute drive from Georgetown to eat here again. Delicious!!!!! Can not wait to eat more things off the menu!!
