Horrible service, $20 for nachos which came with absolute nothing hot on it. staff didn’t care what so ever it ended up to leading me to be sick from it as well 100000/10 would never go back even if it’s the last place in the world with food.

This place had great potential. The management, however, was horrific. We came as a group of 8. The girl at the front desk was very friendly. We asked whether we needed to stay with our children in the arcade. The youngest kid was 10, and the other 3 were teenagers. The 4 adults wanted to do the mini bowling. We called the children over to show her their ages. She said that it was fine if we bowled while they played in the arcade. The children/teens were very well behaved. We were in the middle of our game when the manager asked my son to get the adult he was with. I went over to speak to the manager. I explained to him what we were told. He then proceeded to get an attitude with me and even had his finger in my face. I left the game to go supervise my children. Meanwhile, I watched a pair of young brothers that appeared to be about 5&6 run and play without supervision. Their moms were drinking wine outside on the patio a majority of the time. I absolutely understand the liability issue and reason for the policy. I am a 2nd grade teacher. My problem was the manner in which it was handled. I have NEVER had an adult man wave his finger in my face and speak to me in such a disrespectful tone. If you have the policy, make it clear up front and enforce it fairly and consistently. We will NEVER be back. This place needs NEW MANAGEMENT!!

I was visiting the Charleston area for my sister's birthday and we spent the evening at MIX with her friends. They were struggling with staffing that evening but our server Korey was still very attentive and we had an amazing evening. The truffle fries were addictive. We loved being able to do some bowling as a group then arcade games. The arcade kept us so entertained we didn't even get to the outside games!

The Mix is my go-to spot to hang out with my wife, and it never disappoints! Recently, my mother and father came into town, and I took them here to have some fun. They had an amazing time, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Our hostess Kori was incredible—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The variety of games and activities makes every visit entertaining, with so much to do for everyone.
I've been coming here since day one, even keeping tabs on when they’d open, and they’ve delivered on every level. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and fair prices make The Mix an all-around winner. I went twice this week in a matter of three days, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. A huge thanks to the team for making every experience memorable—I’ll continue to support this business!

Booked a few lanes and food for a small work outing. Alicia with Group and Event Sales was amazing to work with. So kind and made it seamless. We enjoyed the outside area with a cocktail and had some sharables that were amazing! Truffle Fries, Flatbreads, the donuts! We had 2 lanes and bowled a round of duckpin!
Can't wait to go back with my friends and family!
Parking: There is plenty of parking. Shares lot with Golds Gym, but also has parking near the patio
The staff was great and so were the wings. I'd be glad to receive a invitation to the lounge (if you know what I mean)

We enjoyed a cocktail outside where everyone broke off into different games and seating arrangements.
We booked 2 lanes and bowled a round of duck pin bowling.
Great for companies but can’t wait to return with friends and family!!
Pro tip: you don’t have to pre book and the outside is my very favorite! Looking forward to brunch with friends out there!

If you want to go on a date or hang out with your friends, it seems like a good place. Food is not tasty at all. A glass of wine was $14 on the menu (a little crazy for an arcade place). Nothing special. Games are cool but only 2 motorcycle rides and 2 car rides so not many rides. The good part — it was thursday night and not crowded so no lines. They have deals like 50% of games on Thursday or you can get an 1 hour unlimited for a game pass for $20
