I'd rather go to Chipotle. Like, I get it — working at Moe's probably sucks and I have no expectations that I'm going to be greeted with enthusiasm. However, the absolute apathy of the staff is so overwhelming that it makes the whole experience very off-putting. I'm not coming back.

A big shout out to Alexander and the team today at Moe‘s at Bell Hall station. I can always count on this location when I have client lunches. The food is always accurate and it’s always ready for me to pick up and go. Alexander went the extra mile today to make sure that I had everything and to make sure that I was pleased with my order. My clients were delighted with their lunch, and knowing that I can count on Moes to get this done, makes my life just that much easier.

Unsure of his name but the new Manager seems to have really transformed this location!
I purchased a Chicken Stack today 1/19/25. Unlike old employees they seem to actually scoop the proper amount of food into their meals! New staff seem to be following in the new managers footsteps as well. I hope corporate treats them well to keep them around because this Moe’s is MUCH BETTER under his management.

He’s always in a great mood and seems to love his job and making customers happy.

The best thing about coming to Moe's is the free tomatillo salsa it's something I treat myself to and look forward to don't ask me why it just is but I had to come to this location while I'm waiting to get my phone fixed. Their salsasection was out of order so I asked if I could get a large cup of the salsa even if it was extra charge and I got immediate "Tsk God" under her breath (she wears glasses) and then asks another guy if that's okay and it was an automatic "Nnnnoo" with some prissy attitude and then tried to offer me red salsa in a smaller cup and I politely refused and then they offered me 2 mini small plastic cups with the green salsa in it and i just okay thanks because they kept persisting. Then I get to the register and she checks me out before asking if I needed a drink and then proceeds to talk to me as if I was a toddler and physically directing me on how to do the damn card pin pad. Dude I'm 25 I'm a mom and I'm a chef- wtf and why am I being man handled by a Moe's cashier. Idk if they could or couldn't have gotten me the green salsa. If they could have then it was pure laziness and being full of yourself and ehhh but I just can't type of boring lame ass attitude but if they couldn't at least do it with more respect. I'm a chef so I never disrespect those in the food and bev industry but it's really irritating to be disrespected by the person serving me. They were nice until they weren't.

I don't like leaving reviews that are less than 5 star and rarely do. So disappointed, ordered delivery and Moes put the wrong order in our bag (another person's name on the individual items in the bag that had our name). Both items had jalapeños which we can't eat, and one burrito we ordered had no meat but everything they put in bag had meat on it. Waste of money and we are both still hungry!! Such a shame.

I used to love this moes but now it's gotten so stingy. I ended up paying for extra meat because they barely put any on. Then paid for a side of queso because they barely put any. $24 later, I have a lousy burrito (they didn't wrap it correctly so it fell apart)

Love eating here-food is yummy and the staff is always so nice and professional.

The place was ok also the food but I gave a low rating because it used to be way better but Idk what happened, like if they changed managers but the portions are way smaller and the food just tastes plain.
I'm still going to come back but they need to go back to what they were doing.

Great lunch spot as always. Excellent treatment from staff, and they gave us promo coupons, which was great! Super easy to order pickup thru the app or Uber eats or whatever and they’ve been on time for me.
