Understand that you are busy, short handed and it is a holiday. We were waiting with no problems. The door said closed at 8. Got there at 7:15. We spent 20 waiting in line and then they tell everyone in line (like 20 people) they are closed at 7:35. Unhappy parents and kids. And two of the staff were rude to everyone in line.
