Honestly. Being in Mount Pleasant I figured it would be a little more upscale and professional. I was wrong. The chicken was dry. The lemonade was empty. And the staff wasn't the friendliest.

Moe's was delicious!! Never disappoints!! They had a burrito meal (add all the toppings you want) with drink & chips under $10. The service was fast & very friendly. The restaurant was clean.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Y’all really need to stop hiring anybody in there places. They make Burritos so horrible and Nasty. You guys really need to watch Videos on how to Wrap a Burrito. I will not come here anymore. These new Couple people need more training before having them Wrapping people Burritos.

They gave my son way less meat than we usually get in Florida. It is also getting very expensive at Moe’s Almost $20 for a small bowl I’ll stick with Pollo Tropical until Moe’s fixes their portions.

Very clean inside and bathrooms were cleaned. Staff was mother and son. They worked very well as a team. Very helpful. Food was great we loved the house salsa and the avocado sauce.

Man, what has happened to this place. It was never the Ritz, but now it seems more like Fallujah. The employees are entirely unwelcoming and seem upset that you are there. No “welcome to Moes” just some guy with a hair net on listening to music looking at you with a blank stare until you order, absolutely no acknowledgment or “how can I help you”. Portions have become minuscule and nothing seems cooked all the way. And on top of that the place is an absolute mess despite there being five employees just standing around talking to each other. The salsa bar was room temperature, including the sour creme based crema. Didn’t get any for fear of hepatitis. Anyway, whoever the franchise owner is needs to make a visit there and make some staffing changes. The place is disgusting and the staff seem like they were hired off the streets of San Francisco.

Whatever you do, do not try to use the drive thru here. I drove around twice and tried for ten minutes to get the attention of the two men working inside who were clearly ignoring me. I waved my arms and one finally opened the window and told me the drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside. He said there was a sign and I said actually no, there wasn’t. His response, “Oh, my bad.” And closed the window. It was raining and I had my dog in the car with me so I went home and ordered Chipotle. It was slow enough in there to have operated the drive thru and taken my order, but caring about customers is definitely not a thing here apparently based on the blatant rudeness.

3pm-The lady with her headphone in taking our order was rude, quiet and snappy when we couldn't hear what she was saying.
If you’re having a bad day DO NOT take it out on the customers.
