I love Mozzo Deli and regularly enjoy their creative deli sandwiches. Today though I experienced very misleading pricing at the store. I ordered the Balboa sandwich. The on-line price was $10.50. The listed price in the shop was $11.75. I was charged $13.00. When asked, the server had no real insight other than costs have gone up. What's going on? This is an 11% increase over store price and 24% increase over on-line price. Certainly costs are increasing and stores need to make a profit. Being transparent and current in pricing is essential to maintain customer loyalty. They didn't seem to care at all. Very disappointing.
Updated response-I appreciate the owner’s post about the pricing error. These things happen. To clarify the staff did not charge me the lowest price or the next higher posted price. They charged me $13 (a price not posted anywhere) and they were not interested in my concerns or service recovery.

They did a huge catered breakfast for us and it was incredible. From service to food…perfection. It was very organized, timely and delicious. We’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!!

Jerry is a very rude person. I am surprised he is a manager there. I don't care how good the food may be, I will never give an establishment my business when management is rude. This was the last time I will ever order catering here.

Stood at the register for about 5 mins before anyone acknowledged us even though we were the only ones in line. Had the chicken caprese sandwich and it was very mediocre. My husband had the Ruben, which was slightly better. We ordered the kids a cranberry lemon muffin which was very dense and almost mushy. Probably won’t be back.

The quality of the sandwich was incredible. Got the Gaucho. Have thought about it since yesterday. Can’t stop thinking about it actually. Ha! Will definitely be back. Hate to read some of the negative reviews in the comments - not saying it didn’t happen for others, but it wasn’t my experience.

Terrible experience with take out. Will never go back to this establishment. Topline management challenged that they placed the right amount of sandwiches in carry out bag. I disputed it and while they replaced the sandwich they did it with disdain and implied that they completed the order correctly. Did they really think I would pick up the order drive home and come all the way back to establishment to get a free sandwich. Never will go back to Mozzo in Carolina Park.

Ordered online a breakfast sandwich. The online system was a little confusing so I ended up ordering a latte there.
I go a ham, cheese and egg croissant which was soo good and a mocha latte that was very tasty.
The employees were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped after my doctor’s appointment last week before heading back home to Myrtle Beach. We had wanted to stop for some time now.
They did not disappoint!!! Employees were very friendly and the food was absolutely amazing!!!!
I had the Eggplant Parmesan sub that was stacked with such flavorful eggplant!
My wife had a margarita sandwich and added eggplant. She said it was so delicious.
We both got a small container of pasta salad, both trying different ones. I had the pimento cheese and chicken one that was out of this world with so many flavors going on! My wife said hers was in incredible also but I don’t know the name of hers. It was some type of rice mix salad. We will definitely be back!

The sandwiches are awesome! Exactly as expected. The pasta salads are wonderful. Mark and Liza (only two I can name) treated me personally, which I really appreciated! Mozzo in Park West is great!
