It was my first and will be my last time here I was dissatisfied with the bowls I got it was bland and it wasn’t right asked to see if I could exchange it for another and was told I had to buy a new bowl will not be here again and the young lady I felt was ignoring us at the front and just wanted a sale I won’t be coming and supporting this local business, but this place I’ll never come back to again it just not good food or atmosphere or service here nautical bowls looked good from review and things like that but didn’t live up to the $14 a bowl for me!

Tasty bowl, plenty of seating, friendly staff, appropriate music. I would like to see the bowl made infront of me like a Chipotle style instead of waiting, but I think that’s preference. I think why I had to wait was because they recieved online orders before my in person order.

I first had this place when I was in the hospital as they do some work at MUSC in the food court where they sponsor certain months of the year the ingredients are fresh. The staff is friendly and all around the food is just so good and it’s healthy for you. Your amount of fresh fruit they use is insane. It’s so delicious and very filling and there’s lots of unique ingredients that you may have never heard of that tasted amazing. It’s like going for ice cream but the ice cream turns out to be eating fruit salad. It’s delicious. I give them mad props! Especially when I was sick in the hospital, it was something I really really really looked forward to thank you for taking care of me and thank you for the awesome food and service that you provide!

This location is amazing! The staff is always friendly and everything is always so good! If anyone leaves a bad review, it’s usually something very minor (we can all find something anywhere that we can nitpick) that doesn’t make or break any restaurant. Have patience. It’s worth it!

I absolutely love Nautical Bowls! The acai is the perfect consistency and so good! I also love how fresh all of their toppings are - I definitely recommend the cashew cacao butter (it’s like a cleaner/healthier version of nutella, but just as good if not better to me)! My go to place for an acai bowl!
