I will definitely purchase their take and bake meals again! $17 for the white chicken lasagna, approximately 2 BIG servings/ 3 medium servings. $8.99 for a hearty side salad. Little pricey but not as pricey as I anticipated. The staff were friendly. I will definitely do this again as a treat!

What a great experience! Every question I asked was answered knowledgeably and with a smile by the tall gentleman with long hair and glasses. That guy knows his way around some meat! After taking it home and cooking it….. boy oh boy.. what quality.. my new place to get steaks for sure.

They really took care of me when getting bones for my rescue! 5 star experience and the carried them to the car for me!! And I was pleasantly surprised at how much they had to offer in the store

This is the closest I have come to Italian sausage here. Very nice atmosphere, great service, and I really nice wine selection. If you're making Sunday gravy or want a great steak, this is the place to go

Love their weekly specials - excellent quality. Get it out of their refrigerator, add a salad and fresh bread. Only big disappointment was their adding a “tip” feature to the checkout. I do this all myself, just like at Publix or Harris Teeter. It’s asking a lot, in todays economy, to tip a checkout person. Circle K, etc.. yesterday my “suggested tip” was $10 on a $40 takeout order. Really??? They just lost a long-time customer.

The place to go in MtP for meat purchases. This is the only shop in the area that can cut me flank steak in thin slices for beef jerky (grandfather's recipe) - no other grocery store butcher in the area can do it correctly, and I certainly am not any good either. After seeing that they opened a new location in North Mt Pleasant (in the shopping center with Walmart, Kohl's, etc.), I decided gift cards to here would make great Christmas presents for my brothers. They were really happy to receive them! Besides just the meats available for offering, there are also ready-to-go frozen meals, pasta, wines, and even dog treats to take home. If you haven't checked it out yet, go!

Nothing about this is very 'New York'... was super bummed out after visiting to see if they had some italian specialty stuff and candidly i couldnt find a single thing i was interested in based on what i saw (and smelled) in there

This is the only place I've been able to find my fav ice cream!!! I've always loved lavender ice cream and this chain is the only place in the area I've been able to find it. Staff is always super chill. Thank you for satisfying my childhood fav!

They lost my business forever!I have been a patron here for over 8 years because of the quality and service. But I will not be returning after my last experience….I arrived just after 5pm on a Wednesday evening. I browsed the case and nothing stood out. However there was an uncut Prime Bone-in ribeye in the case…I asked for 2x 1.25lb steaks. The butcher looked at me disgusted, asking if I wanted a huge tomahawk. I said, no just 2 regular bone in rib-eyes. He said he already cleaned the saw and refused to cut us our requested cuts….They were not getting ready to close…This is a custom expensive prime butcher shop that refused to cut meat!!Horrible service, terrible attitudes by the butcher and staff. You have lost my business forever. Publix would have cut my steaks for me any time of the day for half the price!!

I got a job here, but too many lamb chops went missing! The bacons so good, it's kosher!

Stopped in after a friend had their prepared meatloaf for a quick meal. It was good. So walked in and was blown away. This is the new Mount Pleasant location. Clean, prepared foods and many cuts of meats in their case. I brought home a nice Tri-Tip, a cut you don't find on this side of the USA. I'm happy!!!!!

Best steaks in town hands down! Their pre made meals are awesome too. Spend the extra bucks and get a wagyu ribeye. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

Well, I've been jonesing for a good corned beef sandwich for a while.... After a mishap at another establishment, I found the shop on DI made them on fabulous rye bread! It was nice and lean, good flavor and they didn't skimp on the meat! No, it's not as big as Carnegie's in NYC but you were full after finishing!! Only thing lacking was that it was not heated but served cold Give it a try if you're a damn Yankee looking for a great sandwich (moderate priced also). Next find a bagel shop and a bakery that makes bread!!
