I had to stop by Sweetgrass Mercantile to mail a jacket that a VCU Band member left in the Chucktown Sound storage room at TD Arena during the Charleston Classic. We noticed a small diner attached to the building and decided to try it out.

I’ve been going here for about a year, great service with a smile everytime! The breakfast biscuit with bacon is literally one of the most delicious foods I have ever eaten in my life. No joke! Love this place. Be patient though as they are busy
Outdoor seating, comfortable, and a quick bite if you’re on the go. I saw a few reviews on here that gave a couple of negative feedback. I know we all have our own preferences and of course we may have different experiences, etc. I’ve moved to this town four months ago and I started eating here pretty much a couple times a week because their breakfast sandwiches and burritos are outstanding.
