Very bad service will never come back again the employees are very rude slamming food on the counter and just very disrespectful I'll stick to the location in Summerville.

We used Nothing Bundt Cakes for our dessert at our Grand Opening event and the service from Rick the owner was incredible! He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our event, he checked in often, had very fair pricing, and of course the cakes were a hit. Thank you!!!

They provided cake and mini bundts for our daughters wedding, delivery was on time and everything was absolutely perfect!

This place always offers up a beautiful sweet treat for any occasion. And the staff is wonderful to work with. I have bought treats for our family, for friends' birthday gifts, and teachers.

We were so pleased with the 2 tier 8” and 10” cakes along with several dozen variety Bundtini’s for my son and daughter-in-law to be’s wedding this weekend. From the help you provided in placing the order to bringing my order out to my car when we picked up, you provided top notch service. We cannot thank you enough. Stopped in on 10/4/24 to order a cake for a low-key birthday for my daughter. I ordered the "Prettiest Princess" in the strawberries and cream flavor. My daughter loved the design, but we were all absolutely blown away by how intensely delicious the cake was! From the time I placed the order to the time I returned, I had the cake within 30 minutes. We'll be ordering from here again.

My experience regarding customer service was very distasteful. I do not know if management changed hands, but I have been visiting this store for many years and the level of customer service is not up to par in my opinion. I received no greeting, no smile, and no pleasantries. I left empty handed and I will never return. Extraordinary customer service should be shown to everyone from the time the door opens until it closes. If someone is going to exhibit a sour face, fundamentally speaking, customer service may not be the field for one or more associates in this store. If I received this treatment once, I could provide more grace. However, I have received this treatment more than once from more than one associate. However, no worries because I refuse to reward negative energy and if I cannot be appreciated, surely I can purchase a mouth full of sugar from anywhere.

Khadijah made my wife’s day this past Sunday! My wife was having a difficult day and it was her mom’s birthday and the Summerville location messed up the order. Khadijah showed empathy and provided outstanding customer service. I have never seen my wife so shocked by how wonderful, kind, and compassionate Khadijah was towards her. If you want EXCEPTIONAL customer service please stop by this location and meet Khadijah! She is amazing and restored our loyal relationship with Nothing Bundt Cakes! I could not be more grateful. Representative khadjah, who was extremely friendly and personable, came into the place I work at with a batch of cupcakes for the employees… complimentary! I mentioned to her that it was my wife’s birthday, and she inquired about her favorite flavor cake and color, then told me she’d have something ready by the afternoon. INSANE! I was so excited! I came to the store later on in the afternoon and she had a perfect vanilla cake made, beautifully decorated and personalized. This experience made the day so much more incredible and I’m so grateful! The other employees in the store when I went in were also very friendly, 10/10, next time I need desserts I’ll be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
