Excellent New Year's Eve experience. Food was impeccably prepared, service was good, ambience was excellent, noise level low and value outstanding. We are frequent customers.
It has been a while since our last visit to P.F. Chang's, but we were pleasantly surprised with a great experience. They were very busy, but we were seated promptly in the area we requested. Our server had the entire bar dining room, but she did a great job and kept an upbeat attitude. We ordered the pork egg rolls as an appetizer, and they came out quickly and were excellent. It took a little longer than normal to receive our food, but it was perfectly cooked and worth the wait. The restaurant was very busy, and it seemed they may not have expected it to be that busy, but all the staff were hustling. We were impressed that the manager jumped in to help where needed to make sure guests were seated and served promptly. We were glad we gave it another chance and look forward to going back soon.
We made a reservation for Xmas Eve and we still had to wait an hour and a half to be seated. The menu was incomplete, most of the food was not available.
We had a reservation but still had to wait 2 hours to get a table. If we had known, we would have went somewhere else.
Beware if you go on Christmas Eve that in our experience half the staff calls out sick, resulting in waiting 90 mins to be seated because the kitchen is delayed. We appreciated management didn't want us sitting at a table without service and food for 90 mins, but it would have been much more efficient if we had received a call prior. Starving kids doesn't make for a relaxing holiday meal. Bar staff was exceptionally helpful and trying to pick up slack from other parts of the restaurant; we appreciate their help with drinks and apps.
We normally have a very “expected” meal experience at this restaurant. But tonight, ordering our repeat selections of Mongolian beef and king Pau Shrimp, we were very disappointed. The selections were so overcooked that the sauces on each were syrupy, and the beef was served as a pile of beef slices, no green onions or other vegetable with it as described. We had to ask for broccoli. Staffing was good but the meal was terrible. We should have sent the entrees back to the kitchen but we were so hungry. Please don't accept this quality of meal from PFChangs!
Unfortunately, the worst PF Chang's we have experienced (twice). It has been a few years since our first bad experience with this restaurant so we thought we'd try it again. Never again. Too many reasons for our rating. Simply put, we don't recommend it.
Wow has PF Changs gone downhill. I hadn’t been for years and thought it would be nice to have chicken lettuce wraps and some other options. We were a party of five. Ordered lunch specials plus the wraps. Wraps were all filler with very little chicken. Egg drop soup was so salty it was inedible. Pork eggroll was so overcooked it looked like a dried up brown log (or something worse). The fried rice was just rice doused in rancid oil and some soy sauce. Also inedible. Will definitely never go again. Used to really like this chain.
Not a good PG Changs. Have eaten at this chain since it was located in Highland Village, Houston, Texas in the 1980’s. There’s a great one In Gainesville, FL; a great one in Sugar Land, TX - both which we frequent several times per year. The hot and sour soup was not done the way the chain intends. The tofu and chicken were dark from just sitting in the soup base. Worst soup base ever for hot & sour. Too much vinegar!! Who is the cook at this location or do they even have a cook? The fried rice was so sweet from ALL the carrots in it. Just not right. The lettuce wraps were served with no crispy rice noodles, which it is served with at other locations. Do not recommend this particular location.

Haven’t been to a PF Chang in quite some time. That’s a good thing. The food was absolutely horrible. The wonton soup was like dish water with white flecks floating on the top. It had no taste at all. The wontons in the soup were acceptable, but cold. My chicken lettuce wraps were terrible. Not fresh and delicious like they used to be. What’s happened to PF Chang??? Terrible terrible meal.

Been having PF Changs in the Middle East and London for ages and its always the best, so I thought being a US origin chain, it must be great, but there was the greatest disappointment. Nothing like the PF Changs I know. Speechless.

The service and atmosphere were great but some notes on the food. We had the egg drop soup, sweet and sour soup, crab wontons, and some entrees. The egg drop soup was ok, the sweet and sour soup was EXTREMELY sour so might not be for everyone. The crab wontons tasted like there was just crab paste with no seasoning or cream cheese and the sauce was lacking. The honey chicken and orange chicken were ok, but where I was disappointed was the lo mien. We were here a couple of months ago and that was my favorite dish, full of flavor and complimented the food well. Today it had hardly any flavor due to the extreme lack of sauce or spices, you can see how light it is compared to photos from a few months back. It may have just been my personal taste but the whole table was disappointed in a lot of aspects of the meal. I hope they start adding some flavor back into the dishes!
