I ordered pizza online at 11:20 (they close at 1am) and went in to pick it up. The worker told me they were out of ‘supplies’ even though dough, cheese, and sauce were all in eye view 💀

Told a person my name for the order then (he?) told me ok then walked back to the office while I stood there for 10 mins like an idiot. I waited for this other person to get my order. It was sitting in the shelf in front of me the whole time

I have ordered from this location previously on multiple occasions and have never had any issues. I called in to the call center on July 28 at 11:03 PM and placed a $30 order including a tip for the driver. Was told by the service rep that I would receive my order in 20-30 minutes. Hadn't received anything by then and called in at 11:47 to talk to the store directly. The workers deliberately would pick up the phone and hang up. I kept calling in several times and they would pick up and hang up... this all happened before 12:00 which was when they were scheduled to close. I called in to speak with the service rep and complained and they said that they could not refund me. This is incredibly shocking and inexcusable. Here it is now nearly 12:30 am and still no one has showed up with my order.

Fast service for dashers

Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas that looks like they ran them through the oven twice. Could make shoes from the crust.

I ordered my pizza at 730. I got there at 830 to pick it up still wasn't ready. They hadn't even started my food. Store manager acted like she could care less. I watched everyone else attitude. No hustle, they could care less that they were backed up. Second time this had happened at this store. I got a refund. I won't be coming back

First couple times ordering was fine. now they send something completely wrong. forgetting 2 liters and sauces and sending plain pizzas i stress of speciality as well as plain dough instead of garlic parm bread sticks. they also never answer their phone

Very quick with orders. Would help you gauge how much food you need for the number of people you're feeding. The sweet lady that made my pizzas even let me borrow hot bags to keep them warm.

Love this place, first time here. Cashier guy (im sorry forgot the name) was SUPER nice and helpful to me and everyone else that walked in here, would recommend this place!

I ordered a medium Cheese Pizza and Garlic knots. Went to pick up my food and I said, “thank you” at least three times and the lady working didn’t say one word. She looked at me like I was from another planet. When I get home I see that they gave me knots, but no garlic. This place is horrible and so are the employees. I tried calling and no one answers. I stopped going there for a while and this is why. Now I have to drive all the way to Park West to get pizza.

Nice place

I ordered online and had our food delivered to our hotel room. The food was hot, delivery was on time, and the driver was very polite. Well done everyone!!!!
