Great experience. They have a new GM with tons of pizza experience. He’s awesome. If you’ve had bad experiences in the past. That’s about to change.

I ordered a Shaq-a-Roni pizza for coworkers and received a regular pepperoni pizza with hardly any cheese. I called customer service and was told I had to wait for someone to call me , this was 2 days ago. Poor customer service. All I asked was to replace with the correct pizza , the lady told me they wouldn’t be able to change it. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏾 Disappointing because I only ordered pizza from Papa John’s.

Worse pizza I have ever had! Supposed to original crust. Dough did not rise and bottom was burnt with a bad taste. Very little sauce. Could see unbaked bread on top. Very disappointing. I have ordered here before and it was excellent. What happened- New employee?

I am a very patient man....I called in my order, had it repeated correctly....then received a pizza that did NOT got the order. I sat listening to the commercial for more than needed while apparently the manager has no time to discuss it....and when I called to make a new order (just to speak to the manager....he put me on hold for for another half hour run of the commercial....I believe I will push this issue to corporate and the spineless manager needs to be questioned and the person "Jerry" who repeated my order correctly and had my order come to me incorrectly I would like to take my 5 star survey down to zero. Incompetent pizza place, and the absolute LAST time I order from this Incompetent establishment. Thanks, but no thanks

Cashier decided to give themself a $5 tip when I sent my teenager to pay for a pickup order for me. When tip popped up on the pinpad they turned the screen around and pressed a button. Checked my account and needless to say I realized what they did when I compared the total to my receipt.

Ordered on line and it was ready in the time they said it would be! Greeted as I walked and the pizza was good till the last bite. I will be coming here again for sure?

This store has really turned itself around I was greeted and given my order super fast would highly recommend eating here the delivery times are short I order it least twice a week. Super recommend this place!
