I found Pastry Power in time for our Disney trip this summer! Good GF sweets are very hard to come by. These are amazing. She was very kind and efficient to work with and our order was delivered right to the resort. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!

I was super happy to find pastry power last minute before my Disney trip. As a newly diagnosed celiac I had been struggling to learn about/find gluten free options for me at Disney and thought this was too good to pass up. I’m so happy I tried because the treats were a hit for the whole family. My son’s favorite was the cinnamon pastry tart but if I had to recommend one thing to not skip it would be the cinnamon roll! It was so delicious I couldn’t believe it was gluten free.

These gluten free treats were amazing! I probably over ordered but it's rare I find great pastry treats. Luckily I was able to bring my leftovers home! My favorites included the Mickey cookies, Toaster Tarts, and the churro doughnuts!

Katie and her GF treats are AMAZING! I found her at a holiday market last last year and been buying her delicious desserts ever since! I decided to do an actual order for our Halloween party and she was incredible to work with. The treats turned out spooktacular and no one at the party could believe they were GF! My girlfriend has a gluten allergy, and we've ordered the chocolate and the vanilla cake style donuts before, and we just ordered the cinnamon rolls for the first time.The donuts are amazing. They were our first experience with Pastry power, and what made us return customers. They're everything you could want from a hearty, wholesome, cake donut.However, our favorite is absolutely the cinnamon rolls. They are, quite frankly, incredible! I haven't historically been limited by gluten considerations and yet these are most definitely the best cinnamon rolls I've ever tasted. We will definitely be returning to try more of the menu, but always including cinnamon rolls in the order!Also, Katie is very accommodating and considerate to ensure that the pastries are fresh and ready when you need them!
Amazing chocolate torte. Caramel drizzle made it even better! Celiac birthday girl and her non-celiac friends all loved it! Highly recommend!

We were visiting Charleston last week & had the pleasure of meeting Katie at her Saturday pop-up at the Brown Fox Cafe in Mt Pleasant, where she had a nice variety of gluten free items for sale. We got 2 ciinnamon rolls, which were very large & fluffy & DELICIOUS. Even my gluten eating husband found them delicious. I highly recommend that you run, don't walk, to her next pop-up!

Katie even gave it a personal touch and added a pink glaze, it was so pretty!Mama was so impressed and obsessed, that she requested one for her upcoming baby shower!Delicious gluten free option, highly recommend!
