My wife and I had a really good meal at Philosohia. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. It doesn't rate five stars, however, because the beet salad had only a few small bits of beet and the waiter made a mistake on our bill charging us for a more expensive drink than the one I ordered. The tables in the front of the house are really close together , so - if you ask for a quiet table - you'll be relegated to the area near the kitchen and where the servers hang out when perhaps they should be being more attentive to their guests.

The food we got was all very underwhelming. The seafood dish was a bit bland and didn't have much of the delicious seafood flavor I was looking for. The lamb shake was covered in far too much sauce to be enjoyable. The people serving us were great! The atmosphere was also solid. I suspect a few tweaks to the menu/recipes and this place would be LIT!

My daughter took me to this sweet little restaurant in Mount Pleasant for my 74th birthday.
The food was delicious. Well prepared beautiful on the plate and I even liked the weight of the silverware.
Not only that the food is so delicious, the service is exceptional! Absolutely recommend!

The atmosphere was very nice as was the service. Partner's pasta dish was tasty, salad was okay, hummus was store bought. Pita bread was grilled which is always a nice touch. The soup....couldn't figure it out at first. It is either canned or made with canned chicken. Was not good at all. Have been eating the greek chicken lemon orzo soup entire life and it just didn't taste like anything. Except a can.
