Fraud was reported at this location. Debit card was run through 2x and declined, not possible. Different card used went through. Paid $68 for pizza. Spoke to mgr, who denied allegation and screamed at me, refused to give me her name. Reported to corp.

Pathetic service! Had to call after waiting for over an hour for my pizza. Wad told that they only had 1 driver and he would be back in 5 minutes!! The person in charge wouldn't get on the phone just keep telling the young what to say. I canceled and told him I will NEVER order from there again! Will be calling to speak to the general manager and the owner!

My husband and I and a couple of my friends stopped by to eat at Pizza Hut and I was really disappointed the waitress was rude and mixing up our orders and she didn't have a friendly face and the p'zones were burnt and when we went to go leave we ask for a box and they gave us small boxes and said these are the only ones we can give out and we also had a large pizza and we still had half of the pizza and we had to fit in a small box? I love Pizza Hut but I was really disappointed by this Pizza Hut.

Tried ordering online and estimated time was 45-50 which is pretty normal. Ended up waiting almost 2 hours without being able to get ahold of anyone at the store. Completely unprofessional and lack of communication. I will not be using Pizza Hut.

Most times the service is good, most recently it was exceptional and the time was perfect. The pizza was good too. I hear a lot of badmouthing of this place but I've never experienced anything bad myself. It's always been what I've come to expect from a company that's been around this long.
I wasn't at Pizza Hut, I was next door at Bamboo Garden eating Chinese dinner with my husband. I had Shrimp with cashews and shrimp fried rice and a shrimp egg roll. it was all wonderful, and enough that I was able to eat the rest the next day for my lunch. My husband got the Chicken and Broccoli dinner with rice and egg roll which he ate all of it and said it was great.

I had not been to a Pizza Hut in several years, until I stopped in recently and ordered carry out. A small personal pan pizza and breadsticks was over $10, which seems like a bit much for what you are getting. Overall, not worth $10 to eat a small pizza and feel sick for the rest day.

Pizza mutt. This is a stray dog of their Pizza Hutt chain I normally enjoy. 0 Stars needs to be added, or at least a half star option... Caution to ordering your pizza from here. They just dont care. Fiance and I were in town and staying at the Wyndham Garden and decided to stay in and order Pizza. Bad decision. Ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks and a 2 liter of DrP. Their overall timeliness was actually fine. My problem came initially with the delivery girl. We specifically added notes for cups/plates cheese and pepper to be brought. The didnt bring any. I asked for cheese and she said they ran out... unlikely but okay...then I asked for the crushed red pepper which was on the ticket...."oh... we just ran out of that too..."... I sigh and tipped the girl 5 bucks anyway and to her credit she offered to go and come back with plates and cups...but obviously that would have been pointless. We opened up our pizza and it was a mess! We ordered half and half and it was more so 3/4 one topping. They also just threw the crust topping all over the pizza rather than just put it on the crust. I also ordered BBQ wings. There was BBQ in the bin, but they weren't tossed. Again, they just dont care... I decided to call the pizza hut and complain and was met with a lackidazical attitude and offered to speak to the "GM" who also answered the phone with an obvious less than enthused tone. End SUM, I was credited the $15 back for the pizza, but the overall experience still left a bad taste in my mouth that motivated me enough to write this poor review while I've been on vacation. There are soooooo many good food spots here in Charleston to include other Pizza eats. Just do yourself a favor and spend your 20-30 bucks elsewhere.
