Bad bad bad customer service. Went to pick my food up and the guy didn’t even give me a fork with my pasta. Then when I told him I’ve been standing here for 10 mins waiting on a FORK he told me well don’t ever come back here. Bad customer service ! Do better.

He really standing here making a whole pizza while I’m waiting on a fork and Parmesan cheese. And I been standing here for 7 minutes
The crust has changed. It was. Flat tasting and thin. Did not rise in the cooking. My last pizza was in mid 2024.

Ordered online and my order still wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. Wait time online said 15 mins… I stuck around for 30 mins and it still wasn’t ready. I ended up leaving.

We ordered pizza from here and they delivered the wrong order. Tried to call the store and they never answered. The corporate call center kept hanging up on us. Terrible service, pizza Hut you should be ashamed.

Ordered online. Got my food. Got to the car and my gut told me to check my order as they've messed it up in the past...
Pizza was paid for using hut rewards.
I never knew that 1/8th the toppings would be put on the pizza just because I used my rewards. You'd think that putting pepperoni and their crispy pepperoni that there would be more than 8 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza but... clearly that's not the case...
Put garlic parmesean as the sauce on the pizza... clearly reading comprehension isn't a strong suite for them because they put the marinara on it... heavily...
Requested it be square cut.. couldn't even do that right.
I will say that when you put garlic as a topping they don't hold back and will help you fend of vampires from the first slice till the end of the universe and time... my doctor will be impressed that I'll have eaten 3 cups of garlic in 1 day... (not serious, but it was the only topping that was not lacking on the pizza...)
When I went back in to get the pizza remade I was given death glares by the staff; manager glared at me and acted like she was ready to get confrontational with me until I pointed out that it was on my receipt.
When I asked about the toppings or lack there of, I was blatantly ignored.
While I waited for my order to be made right; I was glared at and looked at like I was in the wrong for wanting my food made right.
And of course because I'd ordered boneless wings; they got cold while waiting for the inconvenience of them remaking my pizza. Double slap from pizza hut and their incomprehending staff.
But I will say that getting the pizza remade meant they put a whopping 2 extra pepperoni on my pizza but still can't figure out for the life of them what square cut means.
I'm glad I used hut rewards for this order because after the poor excuse of a pizza they made for me, the severe lack of toppings per topping; and the looks of pure hatred and mean mugging from the staff I will never use this pizza hut again.
PapaJohns or Domino's will get my future business. Not this poor excuse for a pizzahut.

Ordered food from here as I'm dealing with a work injury.
Had it delivered.
They don't use puzzahut delivery drivers anymore; just nonenglish speaking grubhub drivers who can't follow directions.
My delivery driver tried to deliver to my neighbors house, brought me cold pizza, and almost ran over a pedestrian walking their dog because they weren't paying attention.
Truly an inspiration! Yall ROCK!!

I left my sodas at the store, when calling I was in hold for over an hour. Trying to get my money back. Meanwhile my wife tells me that they gave us the wrong wings with our dinner box. I need someone to reach out to me. I do not wish to pay for food that was prepared wrong and for items I didn’t receive.

Went to the Pizza Hut in Mount pleasant by Walmart, the guy there was getting testy with my autistic son, because he was talking to him. And he forgot to cut my bread sticks

People were waiting a very long time just to get assistance picking up orders. Staff never spoke to customers unless absolutely necessary. The tavern 3 topping pizza was great.

I had ordered online and used visa online to pay....felt pressured to tip as the cashier asked me to fill out something on the electronic payment apparatus. It didn't ask me for a signature...just which tip I wanted to give. Not appropriate! I mean, I did walk in to get my own pizza. Sheeze.

You call and get an overseas answering service who you can hardly understand and and who does not understand you. When asked to please transfer me directly to the store, the first one said yes, then hung up on me. The second time the guy just hung up. I don’t like the idea of giving my card info to an overseas person but I guess that’s now the way these chains want to do business. Too bad because they have lost my business now. The only reason I would even order here is for the delivery. Forget that now, you all just messed up the only thing you had going for you.
