ENGLISH: The employee at the front, who takes the order, can't speak nor understand English. I spoke my order & pointed to the photo but he just kept making something else & adding sauces that I didn't ask for. It was very confusing. The 2 lady employees interviewed back, just kept talking to each other instead of helping him. That was so sad.

I love that you can customize each bowl to your personal preferences, making it a truly unique experience. The atmosphere in the store is also very cozy, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves healthy and tasty food—you won’t be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience at Poke Bros! The food was incredibly delicious, and the portions were larger than other places I’ve tried. The staff was not only polite but also very patient, which made the whole experience even better. I also really appreciated that they listen to customer feedback and take it into consideration. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to, highly recommend it!

I just found HAIR in my poke' bowl. I was almost done. Yuk!!!! They do not wear hair nets at all.

I'm never sure how to rate the atmosphere of a place like Poke Brothers... I'm not there for the dine-in experience and they all look alike. The service however depends on who's waiting on you and how helpful they are. My wife and I order pretty much the same things, yet hers tasted better. The ratios of each ingredient differed. She was helped by the woman and I the man, but don't ask me if the roles were reversed if it would have helped. I'd still go back here to eat, the quality of the individual ingredients is what really counts, and close monitoring of what goes into your bowl to your liking. You can pretty much meet any dietary needs if you chose right.

I order a few times a week from poke bro through door dash. I’ve never stepped foot at their location so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere but their salmon is always fresh all ingredient look and taste fresh. Portions are large. No complains! Love love love.
