Fantastic experience. The staff is super friendly, the food was fresh and delicious. Judging by the older gentleman in the back chopping up a giant fish, it doesn’t get any less processed than this! I also really like the table they have outside, it was great!

We really like the food here, but the staff can be rude. My husband and I always order on-line. We are never greeted when we go in to pick up. Our daughter went in the other day and the person working was very rude to her. She loves the food, but doesn't know if she will go back.

Tuna is not real tuna. Likely escolar dyed considering the stomach problem that followed after 4 tuna pieces. Definitely not tuna though. I wouldn’t care to leave a one star if it were not for the price and false advertisement. The rest of the toppings were fine and seemed fresh.My advice is to just stick to the salmon or tofu if you’re going to order from here. The carbon monoxide in fake tuna is terrible for your gut please do not order the tuna. You are hurting your body and wasting money.

I've never been to a Poke Bros, so I have nothing to compare this experience to...but it doesn't matter, because our experience here excellent!I am currently under medical care and my diet is limited, so there are very few places I can go where I can truly enjoy my meal. Poke Bros was PERFECT for both my dietary restrictions and my husbands lack of any!I was able to build my own bowl, beginning with a choice of bases: a variety of rices and quinoa. I choose sushi rice, as did my husband.A few of my toppings were $1 extra, but I was ok with that and the person making the bowl for me informed me each time I chose a topping that cost extra.My bowl was a delicious, fresh combination of sushi rice, arugula mix, seaweed salad, mango, avocado, roe, ponzu sauce and a sprinkling of tempura crunchies.My husband's bowl was sushi rice, seaweed salad, marinated tuna, roe, sesame seeds, and soy sauce.I like that the company prepares the ingredients in small batches, because it allowed for maximum freshness, too.The restaurant was very clean, the service was EXCELLENT, answering any questions and offering opinions when I asked, kindly guiding me through the process of ordering my bowl, and the food was fresh and delicious. It's a bit more expensive than fast food, but MUCH better tasting, healthier, and more flavorful and still less expensive than a sit-down service restaurant.I haven't left a restaurant feeling that happy and satisfied in a very long time! Excellent job by the owners, managers and workers at this Poke Bros location. Thank you for an excellent experience!

Portions are small taste is very good however as most businesses struggle to maintain profit scaling back is a practice that all businesses do. I would not eat here on a regular unfortunately.

Food was decent but the serving size was just enough to make you mad. Service stunk. My wife asked the lady behind the counter twice to show me the rices because it was my first time. She just pointed at the steamers.,. Her whole demeanor seemed like we were a bother to her. The atmosphere is so unpleasant with her attitude.My wife said she had the same type experience with the same server, the shorter one with a long ponytail, the first time she was there.Don’t think we’ll be back.

Very disappointed, visiting from Charlotte and was excited to see a poke bros. Complete opposite experience from our usual location. Staff was very rude and made us feel like an inconvenience for ordering and completely rushed us through our order, 2 hours before close. They were also out of most of the proteins and only had unseasoned tuna/salmon left, but didn’t tell us until we were adding proteins to our bowl. Also, lots of the ingredients are an up charge and they don’t tell you unless you explicitly ask. I highly suggest adding signs to your ingredients to be more transparent with clients (like the other location we go to does). The rice looked old and the protein portions were tiny. The flavor of the bowl was fine so 2 stars for that, but my fiancé got salmon in his and had to spit out multiple pieces for being too fishy. Thankfully the tuna seemed fresh and didn’t have any issues. Hope to find a better poke place in the area to get our next poke bowl.
