Staff needs to be educated on the product they serve... when I asked do you toast the sandwich the kid at the counter said they do that right there and pointed to the bread oven..
I got an ice cold ... no melted cheese grinder that I proceeded to throw out the window.... I wouldn't have wasted 18 dollars for a an ice cold ham sandwich I can make for 3 dollars at home had the staff member said no we dont toast the sandwiches...... got to go back to work for another hour to earn that waste of money back...

Great holiest, the rolls are not too big, the ingredients are fresh and generously applied.

This is BY FAR the best LEGIT sub place in the Charleston are and its not even close!!! Their subs feel like when I lived near a deli in NYC - legit ingredients, best bread, fast and friendly. EAT HERE not Jersey Mikes!

Outstanding hoagie! I'm originally from NJ, 15 min across the bridge from Philly, and the hoagies here definitely taste like home! Very clean facility and friendly atmosphere as well. You won't be disappointed...

I often come here, however today I went in to get just a cup of ice, the lady asked me Where I worked and what I needed ice for and then refused to give a cup of ice. Now I could have paid for the cup itself however that wasn’t offered as a customer. I just needed ice for water.
Won’t be coming back…

As a customer that's probably ordered here more than any person in Mount Pleasant over the last 5 years, including every Sunday to call on Super Bowl Sunday and to be hung up on and told that you can't place an order that day because all the other people that never eat their have placed orders is outrageous. I spent probably $3,000 there annually for The Last 5 Years and will never go back. No professionalism.

So glad to see this Philly classic in Charleston. Every time I find myself in this part of Mt. Pleasant, I stop to get the Big T ?The quality and atmosphere make it feel just like home. Thank you, Primo!

Allegedly from Philadelphia this was a terrible example of a business taking advantage of their customers. Ordered 2 six inch Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches and the disappointment in the size and amount of meat was underwhelming to say the least. 2 sandwiches and a drink was $25 and not worth half that price. Save your money and head elsewhere, this is not the place to go to try “authentic Philly cheesesteak”

Being from the Philly area, I was incredible excited to try out primos for the first time and I honestly couldn't even believe what I was looking at when I unwrapped my cheese steak. Not only was it tiny, but there was hardly any meat on it at all. The roll was also hard as a rock. It is insane that you guys are charging that amount of money for what is arguably one of the worst cheese steaks I've ever had. Never again.
