Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I always eat here when I come to town. Normally excellent. However, today, my chicken strips and fries were soggy eventhough it was only a 7 min drive back to the hotel. There were some unedible pieces in the strips :0 Lemonade, bread and coleslaw were great!

I have not been to a fast food place that includes a drive thru that doesn't allow the mobile/online orders to pick up in the drive thru. They were not accommodating and nowhere did it say I couldn't do so. This was inconvenient as a mother with two babies. (I wish I would have know ahead of time as I would have just ordered at the speaker).

My daughter loves ves this chain. But the customer service is crappy and half the time the soda has no carbonation specifically at this location.

I absolutely love Raising Cane's! The food is always delicious, and the service is top-notch. The employees are super friendly and make the experience feel personal. The chicken is always crispy and fresh, but what really stands out for me is the toast—it’s perfectly buttered, and the Cane’s sauce is seriously unbeatable. Plus, the service is quick, which makes it even better when you're craving some great food. Highly recommend!

Now this place blew my mind! The guy at the register was sweet and funny gave me a complete rundown of everything when I told him it was my first time. Suggested the cane sauce which was exceptional with that chicken. I had never heard of this place before and I am now a true customer. I hear they just opened one up in Jacksonville which is the city I reside in so I will be back! Food was great!
