The young man working seemed so not wanting the help anyone. I took two of my granddaughters and he seemed bothered by letting them try different favors so they can choice what they wanted. Grow up young man and work in the real word!
The custard is good but very expensive and extremely small portions. Staff was not friendly.
The frozen custard is so delicious! More outdoor seating would be nice.

Been here 5 times wanting chochlate and they never have it. I called twice this week and even left a message. Wanted to order some chochlate. They don't answer the phone nor do they return a call. I won't be going back. Poor business manners.
Good ice place. Solid service and good ices. Decent serving size for the price.

Every time we're near Rita's we pay it a visit because then our hometown of Chattanooga there are no Rita's. The Frozen custard Italian ice combo is killer

The custard. Is still just ok. I have had better. The gealti, I don't really care for the chunky fruit. I din t want to have to chew my cherry flavored Italian ice. Maybe I just do t get what it is supposed to be, but it's not something I crave. I would rather you be a Culver's with good vanilla custard. No frills.
