Ruby’s was delicious and Begonia was very helpful!
Nexton location bagels are great but the service on Sunday morning is awful 😢
OMG... The absolute best bagels EVER! I haven't had a bagel that comes close to decent since I left NJ... These FAR SURPASS even those! THANK YOU!!! 🤗😋

Let me start by saying this was the BEST bagel I have ever had, hands down. Thank you! The opposite of that is they lost my order and I was standing with at least 10-13 people waiting for food for 17;minutes before I got the courage to ask about my bagel. The lines were crazy and the front staff didn't seem to want to take orders and some, not all, were rude or seemed seemed lost. Great atmosphere , great bagel, they just need to streamline their process it seems.

Overrated imo. Long waits no matter what day or time. Quality is fine, but I’ve had a few few things on the menu. I’m never blown away.

Delicious food, but the poor, slow service coupled with the chaotic atmosphere will keep this family heading to other spots.

Charging $1 for just having butter added to your bagel is what I would consider criminal especially when there is barely any butter added. Have ordered a bagel 3 times from various locations in the area, every time the bagel is under toasted and the turn around to receiving your bagel is at least 5 mins even when there is only one other customer in the store on a weekday. Bagel is decent overall but the cost and time on grabbing a quick bagel is definitely not matching the NY style and service. Hope you at least reconsider your pricing model and improve speed on service.

I never really was a bagel person, but clearly it was because I never had a bagel I liked. That all changed with Ruby’s ? these bagels were incredible, stayed in the area for a few days and visited here each morning for a awesome breakfast ?

I came in and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. $5.32 seemed like a bit much but I was willing to try it. Waited about 10 minutes for my bagel. It was not busy, they just took that long. While waiting I could see into the food preparation area in the back. One kitchen worker was coughing openly while working with food. Didn’t cover mouth, didn’t wash hands. Nothing. Got my bagel and opened up the foil to find a hair (not mine) right on top. Staff had no hair nets or hats or anything on. I’m not a DHEC expert but something tells me this place is due for a surprise inspection soon. Will not be going back. They did give me a refund so I guess there’s that?
