Let me start by saying this was the BEST bagel I have ever had, hands down. Thank you! The opposite of that is they lost my order and I was standing with at least 10-13 people waiting for food for 17;minutes before I got the courage to ask about my bagel. The lines were crazy and the front staff didn't seem to want to take orders and some, not all, were rude or seemed seemed lost. Great atmosphere , great bagel, they just need to streamline their process it seems.
I never really was a bagel person, but clearly it was because I never had a bagel I liked. That all changed with Ruby’s ? these bagels were incredible, stayed in the area for a few days and visited here each morning for a awesome breakfast ?
Staff is super friendly, especially when they are not slammed! Best bagel I've had. Tastes like fresh bread. Drip coffee is alright. To be fair, I'm more of a dark coffee guy. I go iced coffee light ice and a rico bagel. Boom!
