OMG... The absolute best bagels EVER! I haven't had a bagel that comes close to decent since I left NJ... These FAR SURPASS even those! THANK YOU!!! 🤗😋

First time ever being disappointed with my Ruby’s Bagel order. I ordered BEC on a cheddar bagel and opted to pick it up at coleman location. When I got back home and opened it up it was almost completely burnt on the top. And there was hardly any bacon to give it that salty flavor. The eggs weren’t flavored either (no s&p). The whole bagel sandwich tasted very burnt. So disappointing cause I’m home sick and just wanted a really yummy bagel sammy. Also I really did not wanna leave the house but I did, only to get an $11 burnt bagel.

One cashier can't EVER seem to get the order right same one every week ? great product but that is so frustrating it makes me not want to go unfortunately I am responsible for bringing bagels to work weekly.....coffee is great! Food coming from the back is fast and the drinks come up fast. Said cashier takes longer to bag bagels than to make lattes and others to get sandwiches.

The customer service is exceptional and my coffee was delicious! Tristan was my cashier and she was very kind, Ruby's is lucky to have her. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Charleston area!

I was a 3-4 time per week regular until I saw this dog on the counter. Doesn't seem like the cashier really cares.

First time there, and let me tell ya, I was surprised! I’m from out of town and we wanted to try new places, and every bit of it was great! Try the Cinnamon toast beagle, I went with the Sausage egg and cheese and it was awesome and very filling. Can’t go wrong. Go. Do it

The bagels are good, but the staff is underwhelming. They also will not slice bagels for you if you are just getting them to-go which is very irritating.
