I got the ham and Swiss bagel and it was one of the best bagel sandwiches I’ve ever had!! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion
Best BEC i’ve had in charleston
The best bagel in Charleston. Hands down.
Every Saturday we stop to get bagels after walking the dog on the beach, and they never get my order right. It’s a little frustrating
Very impressed with service. Early morning order of 15 breakfast sandwiches was ready ahead of scheduled time and labeled individually with names and a smiley face!
Had a late breakfast there for the first time on Mother's Day and the place was packed! But I give credit to the staff who really hustled to get everyone's order out quickly. They really moved the line pretty quick. Now, the bagels were DELISH! I had a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and most of my friends had egg & bacon bagel sandwiches which they really liked. We will definitely be back!
Ruby’s was delicious and Begonia was very helpful!
The best bagels around. As a New Yorker, the bagels are fluffier than New York bagels, and the cream cheese is closer to butter and doesn’t have the bite I’d expect. To be fair they’re the right style, not authentic, but very good.
They were slammed when I dropped in, and the staff impressed me with how well they kept up with demand. Friendly staff too.
Amazing bagels! Soft even when toasted with great flavor and great cream cheese. You won’t be disappointed! I got the cheddar bagel.
I am a 77 year old woman. Last weekend I walked into the store to get 12 bagels. After I completed my purchase I noticed the bagels were not sliced. I asked the staff if they could please cut them for me in which they replied “we do not slice bagels on the weekends”. I had then asked for a refund (as I cannot cut bagels myself in a safe manner). As I was walking out a kind young man offered to cut the bagels for me (not a staff member or anything just a customer) and I proceeded to go back in. After being told the situation my daughter then came in with us and the manager eventually came out and proceeded to explain they do not cut bagels on weekends. They made a one time exception due to all of the trouble however offered no discount or reimbursement. Overall I feel this is in a way elder discrimination because they should not expect a single 77 year old lady to be able to cut anything in a safe manner due to shaky hands, bad eye sight, or a variety of other health and safety concerns. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Great bagels, staff not so much. Very unfriendly and lazy. Make you feel like you shouldn’t have even walked in
If you want a single bagel and cup of coffee, this place is fine. If you want to order something like a box of coffee and dozen bagels to bring into the office, the customer service is very poor.
N. Mt. Pleasant Ruby's is my go to place. The food is amazing and I love their pumpernickel everything bagel. The service is amazing and the staff is super friendly The location is always clean and we always enjoy going. It's now become our routine
I LOVE rubys. Nan is absolutely stellar and I fully recommend Ruby’s to everyone!
Nexton location bagels are great but the service on Sunday morning is awful 😢
