Great spot! Loved my lunch had cheese fries, and a Chicago dog-both were outstanding! I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for some Chicago favorites down here in the Lowcountry! I will be back for sure!

I bought a turkey melt and some fries today on my work break. Y'all have fantastic food and I can't wait to come back and try some more! It was ready fast and hot, and reminded me of the stuff I like to cook at home! Thank you SO much, Skoogies!! ♡♡♡

BEWARE of SCAMS! I went into skoogies today as recommended by a friend. I placed my order and paid to move out of the way as they were busy. I thought the amount was a little high for what I ordered. I asked the cashier if I had ordered the wrong thing as my total was almost five dollars more than what it should be. She then told me that the prices that were displayed were wrong and she had the real prices written down under the counter. That is 100% illegal. After explaining it multiple times , she did eventually give me a refund. Customers double check your receipts! If you are the Owner you should double check your employees!

Came today for lunch. Been coming for years but it has been awhile. Something feels different at Scoogies. Not sure if the restaurant is under new ownership. Very slow and disorganized. Food was good but a little different.

Best sausage dog Chicago style plus great fries. Atmosphere is a personal experience but for the food I love it. Service is quick and efficient. My only wish is open a store on John's Island closer to my home. It would be at least a twice a week visit if not more.
