Smoothie King

I have been come into this location on many occasions. The service is as good as can be expected, being there is always only one employee working. I have a great concern for the safety of your employees. They all look to be very young and should not be left alone to close your store, especially at night. You need to be proactive and always have at least two employees working. I've seen others voice their concerns as well and this needs to change.

I placed an online order for a smoothie on a Saturday afternoon. I paid and the order was confirmed. Then when I arrived at the store just a few minutes later, the door was locked and no one answered after several knocks and calls to the store. This was in the middle of their regular operating hours. I filed a complaint and still have not received a refund for the smoothies that weren’t made or received.

Regarding the comment left below this review- they have still not actually fixed the issue. They have simply stated that this was forwarded to the “team” and I have not received a refund to date. This incident occurred over a month ago.

Once again I update that I have gotten nothing back from the “management team”. They continue to say that they will address it without actually addressing it. It has now been several months since the issue occurred.

I meant to make this review a few weeks ago but I’m not sure what happened to this location over the past few months because I used to be a regular customer, but usually there is just one person behind the counter and it’s been that way for the past month or two. Wait times are skyrocketing and it’s not the staff’s fault. The store will be packed with 10-20 people and one person will be behind the counter. Not only is that more than anyone could handle alone but it’s also a safety issue for these young employees. I talked to a young lady who is employed there about a month back and she was nearly in tears from how overwhelmed she was when she told me usually one person is scheduled at a time although they have more staff because the owners say “labor is too high for slow season” since it’s getting colder. So rather than making sure their workers are supported, safe, and not overwhelmed, they’d rather keep a few bucks in their pocket and overwork their employees and put them in an impossible situation and potentially a dangerous one, especially at night. I won’t be back here and giving any business to a company that clearly prioritizes putting profit over their employees.

Rude staff

If only they staffed more than one person - the staff wouldn't be overwhelmed with orders. They're doing their best, but ordering ahead and having to wait 20 minutes is really unacceptable.

Tim was wonderful! He handled A ton of customers at once with patience and kindness. We were acting silly and goofy with him and he still had a great attitude and energy and our smoothies were perfect. It was a great environment in the store and everyone seemed to appreciate his happy demeanor and quality smoothies.

The place smelled sour as soon as I walked in! There was only one person working and she was all over the place and took my order wrong bc she was over whelmed! Clean this store and hire help!
