I've really enjoyed the Smoothie King in Mount Pleasant. Every time we've gone, the people have always been more than kind when helping take our order, and have brought a positive energy. My partner and I basically relied on this Smoothie King for over a year when we worked F&B, as the meal replacement smoothies helped get us through long, hard shifts.

Even after we moved onto different jobs, whenever we did stop by this Smoothie King, everyone was just as pleasant as we remembered them to be. We've moved away from Mt. P., but I will sincerely miss both the people and Smoothie King - it would be awesome if they could open a location on James Island!

The only reason I don't give the food 5/5 is that sometimes they get so busy, that one of the team members might pull a smoothie a smidge too early, leaving bigger ice chunks in the drink. It's rare that it happens, and almost exclusively with either REALLY busy days, or a new team member is learning the ropes. And it's never been bad enough to warrant a new drink being made.

I visited for the first time yesterday and I am very impressed with this location. When I walked in, a young woman who told me her name was Lexi greeted me very warmly, took my order, and answered every question I had with a smile on her face about the menu and recommended a delicious smoothie. Her and the other girls working were very sweet and made me feel very welcomed. I will be back to this location

I just went into the store630pm on the dot to get a smoothie. The young lady with braids and glasses proceeds to tell me they were closed. Unlocked door open sign still lit and the store does not close until 7pm. Piss poor at best. I completely understand wanted to leave work on time. I completely understand if I had come in at 655 or 659 demanding service. I did not. How do you start closing or rather stop taking customers 1 hour prior to your closing time. No sure who manages this store but something needs to be done.

Colin is the bestest guy ever. He is always polite, smiling, remembers all the regular customers name, and is great at multitasking but somehow still gives you 100% of himself. The world would be a better place if we had more Colins. The ladies in there are awesome too don’t get me wrong but Colin wakes himself up to excellence everyday
