So happy to be able to leave a positive review for this location. Today I was served by Tim (who has served me a few times before) and decided the experience warranted me leaving a review. He has been quite a breath of fresh air at this location, which I frequent. Tim is helpful and knowledgeable about the products and their ingredients, and some of their benefits. He provides just enough information to help you make a decision based on your preferences without being overbearing…and he does it with a smile! Professional, personable, and efficient! If you’re ever in the Mt. Pleasant area and want a smoothie AND a great customer service experience, go see Tim at Smoothie King!5 star service! Great start to my morning!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow the employees are literally so miserable at this location and the one in West Ashley. I was the only one in the store and the guy making my drink was so angry I was interrupting his free time.

Quality has fallen off a cliff over the past two months. Twice in a row i got the wrong size smoothie (ordered large, received medium), and it tasted terrible. Service was achingly slow, and I was the only person in there. Lastly-- the guy behind the counter always reeks of weed. Skip this place; it's very bad.

App took my money and told me it would be ready in 10 min. Drove 25 min out of my way to get a smoothie, and there was no one working. Waited with other customers outside of the building for over 35 min and tried to call 6 times. This issue still hasn't been resolved.

We are from the upstate and frequent the Smoothie Kings up there on a weekly basis. While visiting Mt. Pleasant for a soccer tournament, and decided to get Smoothie King between games. This location had one, lazy kid working. He was slow and trying to take orders while making smoothies. Three girls walked in after us, and he offered them 25% discount if they all ordered the same thing. Common sense would say, he was being lazy and didn't want make three different smoothies. Right behind them was a dad and his son, and he told them that his system was down and he couldn't take orders because he was being lazy. If all of your employees have that same work ethic, you won't have any returning customers.

It's unbelievable how slow and unprofessional this location is. The first few times I physically came in the tickets every single time we're out of order and I literally had families of 5 and people who came in after me/ordered after me get their smoothie first.Then I downloaded the app and ordered ahead. Twice now I have ordered a minimum of 30 minutes ahead of time, showed up asked where my smoothie was told it was not made yet, and saw people stand in line, then order, then have theirs made first.Management needs more employees or to fix this issue. Just look at your reviews. I will now be going up the street to a faster and more efficient proper way of ordering smoothie place.

Just left this location. Loud rap music playing with vulgar language! Turned it down when they realized we walked in. We ordered two smoothies. The guy was like “what which one is that”Placed our order. One guy went in back and the other turned music back up and stood there texting or something on cell phone. We sat and waited and waited. Finally we said excuse me we are trying to leave if you can make our smoothies. Very rude employees at this location in Mt. Pleasant.The music was horrible F that every other word and I would have just walked out had we not already paid. Ridiculous!

Rude employees. My kids were excited to use their fundraiser coupons and the staff was less than helpful. He had ear buds in his ears telling me to scan the coupon in my app when there was nothing to scan, he said exactly.We walked out without purchasing smoothies, if they don’t accept the coupons I would have happily just purchased the smoothies but the attitude and rudeness was unnecessary.

Horrible management. Witnessed the manager yelling at a 17 year old ex employee outside of the store while the store was backed up with orders. Waited 35 minutes for a bowl. Definitely will never be giving them anymore business and hope no one else does either with the unprofessional acts by the store manager.
