We recently had a laid-back supper at SOL in Mount Pleasant. All in all, the experience was merely mediocre—nothing bad, but nothing especially noteworthy either.

Although the portion size of my wife's chicken enchiladas was substantial, the flavor was only mediocre. Not terrible, but not outstanding. Although my chicken sandwich was good, in terms of flavor, I would much rather eat Chick-fil-A. Our son, on the other hand, got a cheeseburger and loved...

Ended up here on Taco Tuesday. Good happy hour specials. The cucumber jalapeño margarita was good. The Sol trio is nice because you get 3 dips: the chunky house salsa was kind of tart. I tried the street tacos: adobo beef, marinated steak & chipotle shrimp. The adobo beef was my favorite. The red glazed chile salmon was SO good!

Loved the live music and Taco Tuesday was great. My waitress/server Meagan was the bomb. She was delightful with great suggestions and such a great soul for SOL. Loved it and will be back!!!!
