Same story as everyone else, ordered just a drink on the app and sat for 30 minutes and the drink never came. Embarrassingly bad service.

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 ice creams- took 25 minutes with no one in front of us in line. Employees on phone when I got out of car to see what was taking so long. Terrible service

Today. July 5, 2025. I waited 30-34 min during the hours of 3:25 and 4:04 PM for 1 medium slush. The drive thru was closed.

I unfortunately never got it and called the intercom for a refund before leaving. When I told them what had happened and the fact that I was still waiting on a slush, I asked for a refund instead because I had to leave. They said ok… and that was it.

I sat for an additional 5 min waiting for something to happen. Nothing. I don’t know if it was processed or not and no one came out.

Waited an hour for my Coke Zero and strawberry lemonade. They marked me as completed but never brought my drink. Pressed the button twice for help, first time they never responded when I said I had been waiting for so long, second time they said they were working on it but never brought it out. Had to leave to go back to work late and lose out on my money.

We are visiting out of town. Pulled in because I was not feeling well. My sugar was dropping. But there Systems was down. I asked for a different place to eat to go because of what was going on. Here to find out. The lady I was talking to was the owner. She went above and beyond. Got me something to eat and drink. To make sure I was ok. I love being down here. I truly appreciate her. And her caring enough to make I was ok. Great service and the chili dog was outstanding. Thank you so much we will be stopping back through again.

We ordered 3 shakes, 2 medium & 1 large. It took 30 minutes for them to bring 3 shakes to us. Service was disappointingly & unacceptably slow. When the shakes were finally brought, they forgot to bring straws. We had to walk out of the car to track the staff down to get our straws.

Only positives are the shakes were half off & the shakes themselves tasted great.

Gosh I hate giving bad reviews, but this sonic deserves it. Nothing against the people working here, because they seemed stressed… but I waiting for 30 minutes and no one took my order… and then I decided to order via the app, which took another 20 minutes and the food never came… it said that I had picked it up (it even had my stall number!) but I did not get it. I went to another stall and told them what happened, and they just said “ok”, and almost an hour in I still have no food… and I already paid for it so that’s the only reason I’m still here lol.

Worse sonic around. Worse than a 1 star. Ordered 2 waters on the mobile app, waited 30 minutes, got sick of waiting so we went through drive thru, and they didn’t even have the decency to corporate. Left without both of our waters. Not a single car got their food and drinks the whole time we were there. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
