SLOW is an understatement. I have never ordered and received my food in under 20 minutes. Today it took 23 minutes for one burger. Then they shorted my change - handing back nine dollars instead of $9.67- and disappeared back inside never to come back out again. It is faster to drive further to another fast food establishment than it is to wait.

The wait time in drive thru was awful. Just really awful. At least 20 minutes of waiting for them to take our order and that's being at the speaker itself. So we left. Never ever went thru that at a sonics before.

This store is aggravating... The last time I was here my chili cheese coneys looked pretty rough. Took long to get to the car. I went up to where the employees were to ask for an I went up to where the employees work to ask for a fork, I was noticed by an employee but ignored for like 3-5 minutes, when they finally did, I was told they only had a spoon… What fast food place doesn’t have a fork? Tonight, it took so long for one burger that I gave up and left. It said the order was on the way to my car, Nobody was coming, Finally, I got out of the car and walked up to the window, When I looked in, I can see a female employee dancing around rather than working. Place was not busy enough To have this kind of wait. If you have all day, you can patronize this sonic, Otherwise skip it. Employees don’t seem to give a damn.

SLOWWWWW! The drive through was so slow, we mine as well have parked in the little slots and pushed the button to order! Also we asked for ranch for our mozzarella sticks and were judged for it lol! We also said can we get cheese sticks and she felt the need to correct us. Weird.

The worker Shawn was really nice she helped me with my complicated order and she was calm, patient and very polite while I explained everything out to her. I will definitely be coming back the world needs people like her!!!

Have pulled in here several times over the past few months and have yet to order anything because I’ve waited for over 5min for an answer on the intercom every time (drive through or parking spot). Couldn’t tell you how the food is because it’s been years since I ate here but I can tell you the service is terrible. I probably won’t ever pull in again to this particular restaurant.

I used to love going to Sonic but after today I'll just go to the one by my house say a the drive through speaker for about 15 minutes and no answer. There was only 5 cars sitting in the parking places and 2 people in the drive through. The last time I went my order was wrong after waiting 20 off minutes for it

Terrible service, terrible management. Sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes, then when I finally had to get out of my car to get the attention of someone, she can’t find my order?

They were not that busy. Totally wasted my entire lunch break waiting for food I didn’t even get! Never ever returning.

Ordering was difficult because the speaker didn't work well. It took avery long time to get 2 burgers and some guy was having a meltdown because he had been there so long waiting for his food. The Dr. L
Pepper was 80% ice and the food was mediocre at best.

Watched an incident with a white lady try to snatch the stuff of the carhops tray and antagonize the carhop from what I saw and heard the white lady was a complete Karen and rude. We had the same carhop and she was very sweet and even apologized for it.

We tried to order food for 10 minutes. Started at the drive through. No one would speak to us through the intercom. We then went to the car bay, and we pressed the button for service and no one would speak to us through the intercom. Then we got out of our car and up to the foot traffic walk up service platform and still no one would speak to us through the intercom when we could very clearly see people inside. We ended up leaving because we assumed that if this is how they receive orders, I could only imagine how they fulfill orders. We were very disappointed and we hope this isn’t a normal customer experience at this location.
