Why does it take 25min minimum to go through the drive thru? No matter when you go?
And they still manage to screw up the order.

Yea they clicked my order off the screen I was waiting on and then never came out with it , waited 10 minutes after it disappeared off the screen for them to go to the car beside me , I recommend not purchasing from here , I wouldn't even order on an app to be delivered, mainly because Im a delivery driver and that's what they're going to do to your food rather then make it

Horrible experience here. Ordered a drink on the app; checked in when I got there, the screen said they were out with my order but no one came out, we waited 15 minutes while we saw the employees inside doing nothing!! One guy left twice to go outside in the time we were there!!

I came last week for a diet cherry limeade and something was wrong it was disgusting. I couldn't drink it.
Today, I ordered breakfast from the app and paid for it only to show up at 7 and NO ONE IS HERE. The little sign on site even says "full menu available at 7." I didn't have time to wait for whomever overslept to show up because I work but now I'll be going to the Better Business Bureau to get my money back for the order I never received.
This Sonic is the worst I've ever encountered in my life.

Waited no joke 2 hours for a 11$ order (4 things). I had to ask 3 times where my food was: they kept saying it’ll be right out, but wasn’t. Once the food was given, he said they’d refund me. It’s been over a week and no refund to my bank. Food was even incorrect and the burger was disgusting. I’m so over this crappy place as I always have a negative time.

So trying to get into this sonic is ridiculous to begin with but, once you maneuver and go through diagon alley, over the river and through the woods... if you choose to do the drive-thru... you'll be pleasantly greeted with a young man who doesn't comprehend what you're saying... followed by an a'ight which is supposed to indicate pull forward... to a non-existing drive-thru window where you sit there and wait for them to remember you just placed an order... then they take your money, give you cold food, and send you on your way... whole thing takes about 20 minutes and leaves you feeling like your the inconvenience to their job.
Worst location in the history of Sonic... you get better mistreatment at McDonalds because you KNOW they suck... but at sonic? Leave expectations in the rear view and just lick the pavement after a Korn concert for better service.

Been a handful times in the past 6 months, and I’ve never gotten fast service. Last visit I timed it, and it took 48 minutes to get 2 milkshakes. Never going back.
Edit: thanks for the canned response, but no, I’m not interested in escalating. I’ve complained several times and they’ve never improved. I’ll just stop giving them money.
