OK so I came in on 4-29-24 At 10:40 AM. I have been here before several times and I can honestly say that the eggs were amazing…. but not today!Today I came in and got what I always get which is an everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese And A latte.I was highly disappointed in the service today. The girl at the register could care less and the guy that made My sandwich overcooked my egg and I didn’t get any cheese… Where was the cheese?It usually comes with lots of cheese and I really enjoy that and the egg is usually perfect, not cooked hard. My bagel was over toasted and just hard to chew. This makes me sad because I was really looking forward to this sandwich.Whom ever you had in there before who made the eggs, supple and soft and wonderful needs to come back and teach the new guy How to Cook an egg.Please do better.

Friendly staff, fast service even during busy times in the morning. Nova classic sandwich is packed with so much goodness. Smoked salmon was stacked so high and cream cheese made it even higher. Can't wait to go back.

I was so excited to visit this bagel shop but a bit disappointed in the fact that they had zero gf options. This eliminates many ppl from being able to enjoy this location. Toby’s bagel shop it is for me. It’s nice to have a gf option for those in our family that cannot have gluten. The place was nice and smelled amazing ! Awesome that they cook on a fire! I was so excited to finally get to try this place! I walked by it a couple of times before they officially opened and then a couple of other times after their closing hours, kept seeing it all over Instagram, and finally found the perfect time to go! They have a great selection of bagels, I love the unique wood fired concept, and their customer service was very friendly as well. Check out the pictures to see what we got!

Don't get me wrong the food and service is great but the prices are insane for what you truly get. It's a bagel, which is bread. It shouldn't be $10 without any meat. They aren't big either I need two to feel full and I'm only 160lbs . I just don't get it. NYC which has way higher rent charges $3.50 for the same meal. What am i missing. But hard to say I'll be back
