We had two of the turkey parm, they were ok but definitely not worth the price. We paid around $35 for two smaller sandwiches with little sides that come in basically a sauce cup and no drinks. They don’t even display the prices on the menu probably cuz people would think twice if they saw it ahead of time. Also we waited a good while for them to be made to take with us to the beach.

Ordered 3 hours in advance on Uber Eats for a schedule ahead lunch. Came into today at my pick up time and they had never made my order. The (what I would assume manager) came up to me and asked if I was sure I ordered here and I said yes. He then looked at their ipad and sure enough they had missed the order. He then tried to tell me it was because I ORDERED on Uber Eats app schedule ahead and that it gives them notifications early then they forget even though they are the ones who offer that option. He then proceeds to say that I should never order there and only on Chow Now going forward. Anyway, he says he will start making my order but he doesn’t immediately and instead I have to wait 20 mins while watching people who just ordered receive their meals. Mind you, this was for a very important client meeting, hence, why I ordered WELL in advance. When my food is ready he comes up to me AGAIN to blame that it was because I ordered on Uber Eats app not because they missed the notification. All I would’ve needed was accountability and an apology and this review would have never happened, but, blaming it on your customer for ordering from a site that you offer services to is a no go for me. Will absolutely not be returning. I will say he did offer me a drink however by that point my food was already ready. This is not to say they did a bad job or the food wasn’t good. It’s purely about not blaming the customer for your inadequacies. Our clients were still very happy with their meals, I though, will never come back. Pick up time 11:45-12:15. I came at 12:13 and didn’t receive the meal until 12:41pm.

Love this place! My favorite sandwich is the Sassafras.Its delicious. I just wish the portion sizes made more sense for the high prices. I’m totally fine with paying more for good, well-portioned food, but the sandwiches and sides feel a bit underwhelming for what they cost. :( My mac and cheese side, which I pay an extra $3 for, was only half full, and a very small cup. Pretty disappointing. If the portion sizes better reflected the pricing, I’d honestly eat here way more often, but overall, I do like their food a lot.

We love square onion! Unfortunately most of the staff comes off very annoyed and as we were bothering them . Multiple different employees were very rude and standoffish.
Unfortunately with being on the more expensive side and usually loving the food this was disappointing for myself and family

Very rude guy at the window when I picked up my order. He wasn't very accommodating. Even though I smiled to hopefully brighten his day it didn't help. I didn't feel welcomed. It's as though he didn't like me. I can't support a business like this. If I was disrespectful in any way, then of course I wouldn't be as surprised to get the same treatment back but I was nice to the guy!
