Not only does she remember your name!, she goes above and beyond with her service and the way she greets you!. Truly does make my day when I start my morning at her starbucks!!! Been having a rough week. Lost my grandma and had to put my dog down on Monday. Finally left the house to get some coffee for my sister and mom. I can’t drink coffee bc I’m 8 months pregnant. All was going fine, I ordered 2 coffees and 2 orders of egg bites. The total was $29. I pulled around and realized I didn’t have my card but I keep cash in the car. The blonde (long braid) informed me that they didn’t have $70 in the store to break my $100 and that I’d have to order $40 in order to pay cash. So I added a coffee. She hands me the first HOT coffee and I noticed the lid was cracked so I tried to grab it while fastening the lid. The coffee spilled ALL over my pregnant belly, all in every button in my car, down the inside and outside. I now have to go get my car detailed. She didn’t apologize or show any signs that she even cared. She handed me 3 napkins and acted annoyed as she wiped her little window counter. It was 100% her fault. Then she just added foam and handed the hot coffee back in the same cup and told me to “have a good day”. I have never been more upset with a human being in my life. I’m a mtp local and get coffee here for my mom almost daily. I will NOT be going back. The Starbucks on Houston Northcutt is much better. Very friendly staff that isn’t rushing you off. No matter how you’re starting your day, the one by the bridge will always help start your day with a smile.

Staff is lovely, especially the manager. But the new drip coffee machine is terrible. Coffee tastes like water, but for the same price. Worse than gas station coffee now.

Love the location but the inside is rarely open these days. I’m unsure if you can walk through the drive through (I walk here from home) and sit outside as the signage is unclear. Good place for WFH when open to sit but again, it rarely is. Staff are nice too

You never know if they’re gonna be open or not. Don’t trust what times you see online… I have gone there several times when they’re claiming to be open , and they’re not open. They run their own hours there. Whatever they feel like working…
37 mins to make my small frap. I got my food within 10 mins but the girl that was in charge of the frozen drinks decided she would prioritize all 18 vehicles making the line at drive thru long after my order had been placed inside. No apologies, no credit, no care.

The staff is hard working! Didn’t really interact with anyone picking up my mobile order. I did use their restrooms and all I can say is that someone needs to clean them!! I have never experienced such gross bathrooms at a Starbucks. I know it’s probably because they share them with the car shop next to it, but they can both do better. Other than that, my coffee was great! ☺️

Very nice Starbucks location. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean, too. I went with my family and my brother asked for a "Butterbeer Float," showed the lady in the front the recipe, and she was glad to make his order. I will come back to this location for sure!

It was sub-65 degrees in the shop and apparently nothing they can do about it. Wear gloves, thick socks, and a jacket if you’re planning on staying awhile.
