Corporate needs to applaud her and give her a raise. I think she is doing more than 3 people's position. Please visit and see for yourself.

On a forty-degrees morning they had my sandwich and coffee sitting on the outside drive-thru ledge when I pulled around the drive through. So by the time I got there the sandwich and drink were cold. I couldn't reach it from my car and had to sit there and look at the guy as he took the next person's order over his head, before he finally turned to me and handed it to me.

Dirty comes top of mind. I received my sandwich in a soiled bag and my coffee with a soiled lid. I am not sure where the quality assurance is or the respect for one’s customers have gone. I ended up throwing both in the trash and out $12 . Management, staff and corporate should be ashamed.
