If I could give zero stars I would but their customer service sucks! She took everyone else’s orders ahead but when it was time to take mine she said sorry we can’t take your order… we have mobile orders to fill. Ummm okay I’ll go to dunkin then ✌?

New placementof the drive through ordering kiosk caused me and several others to miss it. Drive through barista standing there on her phone refused to take my order and I'm guessing the 2 people that followed me that made the same mistake. Business must be really booming to the point you can turn away customers. Horrible service, if she were my employee I'd dismiss her immediately.

Fast service. Wonderful barista. Also purchased banana bread and it was very fresh and warmed to perfection. Pleasant experience.
They always run out of food, coffee espresso, payment processors don’t work. Seems to be an utter failure here- perhaps consider putting a Dunkin’ Donuts instead, at least you’ll know you’ll get your order wrong.
